Unfortunately, this store was terrible. They were terrible to my mom who has dementia. They gave her a phone that ended up not working and has had negative experiences since she has been with these people and she was trying to switch their account and they were so rude do not recommend this store to anyone. A waste of money.

My experience was great. I'm a senior with little patience for the " hard " sell. I told Alfonso I needed to save money on my monthly Bill and that I couldn't afford all of the bells and whistles that come with the new phones. Turns out that I could and I'm still saving a great deal of money every month!Thank you also to Jose, the store seems to be in very good hands with the two of you.

Jose was great! Very patient with us and got us set up with a good plan. It's much cheaper than Verizon and way better coverage here in St. George.

I came in one month ago to apply the affordable connectivity program to my phone bill to lessen my amount. I was asked to come back later because they were busy and it was about closing time and I agreed. I came back today and there was only one person working there and they told me that they were not cleared to apply it to my account and that if I wanted to apply it I would have to drive all the way across town to the Washington store. Obviously I don't have money if I'm applying for government funding for my cheap $40 phone bill. So I don't have the gas to drive across town tonight and my phone bill is due tonight. So there goes two months that have passed since I've first attempted. I think it's unprofessional to have only one person working and if there is only one person working maybe they should be trained or quote on quote cleared to do more than just sell a phone. I also think it's messy to have to fill it out online and only be able to apply it in person in the store.

When Cricket first opened in SG they offered group plans for great prices, so my friends & I bought their phones & continue with the service. The customer service originally was good but has steadily declined. Yes if you want to buy a phone there the staffer can help you, but if it's help with technical issues or advice on phone apps, I go elsewhere. Hope the local owner reads this complaint & hires new qualified people.

The staff minus one has no clue what they are doing and if you have problems with your phone they have no he what they are doing. They literally stand around and aren't very helpful and lied about my phone breaking liquid stuff that should cause my phone not to break.
