It showed online there was no payment made. My bank account shows a payment was made. When I called the low level employees said a payment was made. Called multiple more times and had multiple people tell me my payments were going through and then I get a lock on my unit saying talk to management. I tried. Every time I call they say I can’t talk to management. This is easily the worst experience I’ve had with a storage unit in my life if you want your stuff locked up with no one competent to talk to, by all means use this facility.

"Your call cannot be completed as dialed" What's up with that? + No website, no email. So, no business.

Used this storage facility for many years. The price is really good for the amount of space.
