I recently purchased a GE Cafe dishwasher from Carpets Plus. The dishwasher started leaking after a few weeks of use. I had several phone conversations with Leah and she was always so helpful and thoroughly explained the process we would go through to get this issue resolved. The repair company, which is not part of Carpets Plus but is contracted by them, came out but could not determine the cause of the leak, however, they wanted to order parts to try to repair it. It was going to take approximately 5 weeks to get the parts in. I was not pleased with this resolution as the dishwasher was brand new. Leah at Carpets Plus totally advocated for me and made sure that I would be given a new dishwasher. She constantly kept me informed on what was happening and set up the quick delivery of the new appliance as well as the removal of the broken one. Leah was absolutely phenomenal during the process and she never left me hanging. Leah deserves 10 STARS for her customer service! The reason for my 4 star review is because the delivery people/process seemed disorganized. The first delivery was a total surprise and we had no advance warning of the day or time. The installers said it was due to a new system that was supposed to send messages but was faulty. The second delivery (replacement of broken dishwasher) was set up by Leah directly and she told me the day the installers would be arriving but it was up to them to call about the time. They forgot to do that even though Leah had instructed them to call. I will continue to use Carpets Plus in the future mainly because of my dealings with Leah.

Do not purchase your appliances here. If you do, hire a professional to install them. Do not pay them for installation or it will be the worst service possible.
We ordered a full range of appliances (Fridge, stove, dishwasher, washer/dryer) Every appliance was installed incorrectly, not tested and left unsafe and in non working condition. I spent an entire weekend reading owners manuals, troubleshooting, removing the appliances, repairing their mistakes, and then reinstalling our new appliances.
On the plus side, I have nothing but good to say about their flooring and countertops division which both did a great job for us.

We remodeled our home here in St. George. We bought top of the line appliances from Carpet Plus. I wanted to leave this review about a particular employee named Leah. I shared with her our dilemma about our washer machine stop working. I explained I called GE and they said it was out of warranty. I mentioned to her that we have two identical washers, and the one right next to it works fine. Leah went out of her way and said; “Let me see what I can do.”
Leah came through for us! She got us the part and they are going to install it. We are delighted with Carpets Plus and their commitment to excellence. I would definitely recommend shopping at Carpets Plus for all your home improvement projects.

Called Carpets Plus and spoke with Leah.
1. Our counter Wolf gas stove could easily move 1/4" in any direction.
Lincoln, (installer for Carpets Plus) came and secured it to the counter perfectly with proper brackets and is now secure!
Lincoln was kind and held the stove while I cleaned the edge of the counter where the stove would be placed.
2. Our dishwasher went out on us. Leah called a repair company for our particular model. Dave came out right away and will replace the part next week.
Their products and service are outstanding!!

Love this place! We are doing a complete renovation of our home and they have been great with all of it. We have bought different floor tiles and wood flooring and had them install it. It all went great and was done on time. I'm going back now for appliances, carpet, backsplash and shower tiles. Joe has been fabulous to work with there. He supervises and acts as a sort of a general contractor. It took the stress away. HUGE selection of everything, by the way. You name it.

Their delivery and installation guys are the very best!! Five stars for Lincoln and Brady. Customer service when walking into the showroom and returning phone calls needs much improvement.

This 5-star review is for Geneva, who was super helpful today! My husband and I are first-time buyers moving into a fixer upper with zero knowledge about flooring. She was so helpful and not pushy at all! She gave us so much good information and was just super friendly. We really appreciate when folks aren't pushy or condescending - it really made this visit a positive and enjoyable experience!

This review is specific to the slab yard area of Carpets Plus. We shopped there for our new build in the area. I was impressed with the variety of slabs available and many were exquisite - not ordinary or seen in a lot of other local slab yards. They had more 'conversation pieces' than run of the mill slabs you see everywhere. Their new showroom is beautifully laid out and really allows you to see a lot of slabs in one visit. The lighting and presentation are great. The customer service is also very good. We did have an issue with a slab we thought we had put on hold that was sold to someone else. Unfortunately business practice between Carpets Plus and the fabricator didn't go as designed. This was hugely disappointing to us, but Carpets Plus was very apologetic and tried everything they could to make it right for us. In the end, that one of a kind unique slab couldn't be replaced, but they had an alternate slab we could use, took responsibility for their part in the error and, without even being asked, indicated they wanted to make it right and worked out a financial concession to try to make amends. While I was disappointed in the loss of the slab, I was impressed with the professionalism shown by the business. I have given 4 stars, simply because I couldn't give 5 because of the slab issue happening. But 4 stars, despite the issues we had, is reflective of their professionalism and their proactive discussion of what they've done to try to ensure this doesn't happen in the future. I would use them again in the future.

Leah, in the service department, has helped me twice on two consecutive days. She is friendly, very clear in communicating, and is able to get a service call scheduled right away. I highly recommend Carpets Plus!

Our personal recommendation is to go elsewhere! Anywhere except this business. Incorrect measurements, notified of selections out of stock long after order was placed, poor communications overall, substandard tile work that took far too long to install, and we had to constantly move tile equipment/materials out of the way and clean up after them. One tile installer even tried to get into a personal safe that was in an adjacent area of the building. They also tried to charge for tile that was overestimated and never installed. Some issues were rectified after several calls, but overall we were not happy with the way they do business at CP.

Amazing helpful staff that helped me pick out my new LVP flooring for my guest room. Good atmosphere for a shopping experience. Some people here look like they genuinely enjoy working there and they make it fun for customers. Granite countertops next??
