“I recently purchased a GE Cafe dishwasher from Carpets Plus. The dishwasher started leaking after a few weeks of use. I had several phone conversations with Leah and she was always so helpful and thoroughly explained the process we would go through to get this issue resolved. The repair company, which is not part of Carpets Plus but is contracted by them, came out but could not determine the cause of the leak, however, they wanted to order parts to try to repair it. It was going to take approximately 5 weeks to get the parts in. I was not pleased with this resolution as the dishwasher was brand new. Leah at Carpets Plus totally advocated for me and made sure that I would be given a new dishwasher. She constantly kept me informed on what was happening and set up the quick delivery of the new appliance as well as the removal of the broken one. Leah was absolutely phenomenal during the process and she never left me hanging. Leah deserves 10 STARS for her customer service! The reason for my 4 star review is because the delivery people/process seemed disorganized. The first delivery was a total surprise and we had no advance warning of the day or time. The installers said it was due to a new system that was supposed to send messages but was faulty. The second delivery (replacement of broken dishwasher) was set up by Leah directly and she told me the day the installers would be arriving but it was up to them to call about the time. They forgot to do that even though Leah had instructed them to call. I will continue to use Carpets Plus in the future mainly because of my dealings with Leah.”
