My husband and I are full time RV'ers, so I have been to Ace Hardware stores across the country. This was the best experience I have had at any hardware store. I highly recommend a stop into this store if you are in the area and in need of their products!

I mean it's Ace... Have a 4 over a 5 star because of all the clutter, and massive discount table ride at the front door where if you even get close to it a light wind breeze will make discounted clearance stuff fall off the table cuz it's so packed with crap

Very clean and modern, has all things from warmies, games, kiddo toys to enjoy while dad ganders through the tools. Out of the many times we have gone to this location, their popcorn is not usually popped. I'm not sure if it's the time we go.. but have only had it once. but kiddos loce the small kid carts and loce the popcorn and is usually pretty sad when there is none.

I visited Bucks Ace last week in search of a custom faucet fitting. Alek approached me as I was browsing the plumbing section and attentively listened to my concerns. He examined the parts I needed to connect and promptly began crafting the three essential pieces to form the fitting I required. Although it took some time and effort, Alek remained persistent and ultimately succeeded in creating the fitting. I express my sincere gratitude for Alek's assistance and commend Bucks Ace for providing this young man with an opportunity to develop his skills.

Could not express my appreciation enough for all the workers and employees at Ace Hardware on Mall Drive! I placed an order for a special item in February and the company they went through was slow to ship my item, but they kept in contact with me throughout the whole process, giving me updates! Tina and Bryce were so amazing and absolutely made me feel like a valued customer. Thanks!

This is one of my favorite stores in Hurricane. I regularly visit the firearms department and the staff is extremely knowledgeable and friendly. Everything is well organized and the staff does a great job of providing outstanding customer service while not being overbearing. The shooting product selection is incredible for the size of the store.

Normally you walk in the door and get 5 employees asking you if you need help. I went on a Wednesday afternoon and there were no employees waking around. Girl at the counter called on the radio for someone to help me on aisle 25 and nobody showed up, so I walked around looking for them. Turns out 3 employees were in the sporting good section talking to each other about guns. I didn't want to bother them so I went to Home Depot.

Mike, that's all I need to say. He is a genuine, precious, caring gentleman. He made my experience of purchasing my first firearm amazing, especially compared to other places in town. Great place. If you can’t find it at Home Depot or Lowe’s this is the place for you. On top of general hardware items they also have home accessories. There are multiple locations and each one is unique. My wife has found some really nice looking dresses here.
