I switched over to Brent's Pharmacy about a year ago, and the difference between Brent's and a big chain pharmacy is pretty incredible. The staff is really helpful and my perscription usually gets filled quicker.

When my doctor said she heard the best things about Brent’s Pharmacy’s service from other patients, I was skeptical because I feel like I used to always have bad luck with pharmacies. That’s definitely not the case at Brent’s! All of the employees are super helpful and kind. Wait times are always very short for me (also very uncommon at most other big pharmacies I’ve used before.) I highly recommend Brent’s if they’re an option for you!

I'm feeling sick and I have been to Brent's a couple of times for covid testing over the last couple of years. I've never had a problem until today. I went online and made an appointment for 12:20 p.m. I show up for my appointment on time and there's a banner outside saying covid testing from 1:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. Odd, I thought. But I call in to say I'm there and I'm told that they don't start testing until 1:00 p.m. I tell the gal that I had made a 12:20 appointment on their website. She puts Brent on the phone. I say "hello I'm here for covid testing" and he tells me the same. I say "but I made an appointment on your website for 12:20" he asked if I was from Nevada and I said "no I'm from St George". He rudely informed me that it came across as 1:20 on their end and I was the only one today or tomorrow that had the wrong time (what?!) and that the problem was obviously on my end. Not once did I get upset at the situation but he was rude to me anyway. So I canceled my appointment and I will not be back. Please fix your scheduler and put your test hours on your website.

I can't say enough about Brent and his staff. They have so much compassion and love for their customers, it's crazy. They go out of their way to serve those in this community. We had a particularly sick Christmas holiday and Brent and staff did everything in their power to help ease some of that burden. As long as we live here, we won't go anywhere else. Thank you Brents Pharmacy!!

Recently switched to Brent's and LOVE them! My family has a lot of medications and I struggle keeping track of everything and also making time to get them since I work full time. Brent's has saved me! Their app is incredibly, they are friendly, they deliver and they are so personable!

Very impressed with Brent and his pharmacy on North Bluff St. The whole place had a great vibe -- bright, super clean and organized, and friendly. Brent was extremely helpful in processing my prescription and helping with an insurance issue. This place is top-notch!

Short version very sick dog. Checked with every pharmacy to no avail. I went to Brents and they did not have in stock AND found a vet who did and would fill it once for a pup that’s not their patient. I’m so grateful to finally have it

They are so friendly here and have even met us at the store after hours. I never had a consistent pharmacy before Brent's and it has made a tremendous difference to have a pharmacist know your name and history.
