My washing machine went out. Instead of replacing another part we decided to get a speed queen. The reviews are great and I’m hoping this will last years and years. The exciting thing was that I went into boulevard bought my machine and was able to go right to the warehouse to pick it up. They do offer free delivery but I couldn’t wait until the end of next week to have a washing machine. The man who helped me at the warehouse loaded and strapped down my machine and I was on my way. It was very fast and easy to work with all of their team members.

We went to just buy an extra living room chair. We met with Ashley. She was very helpful. Not at all a pushy sales person. She gave us ideas where in the store we would find what we were looking for, and we did. She helped us figure out delivery and everything. Great experience. When we need furniture again we will gladly go back and look for her.

I just purchased the intercon beckett server. It is perfect for my space and will be great for extra storage. Everyone was very helpful and the process was quick and easy. I think I'm going to love it.

Great service all across the board! I was welcomed by a team of sales associates and was directed to find the right items I needed for my home. Brandon & Steve were able to help me with their knowledge of the furniture industry! Guest services helped me get my order placed and was stress-free. Delivered to my home the next day and it was a simple process. ?? Customer service went past expectations!

We have been costumers for the Boulevard Furniture for more than 20 years. From furniture to appliances in our home were bought there. Lately their customer service from their sale people sucks. The only things these sales people are interested is on their commission after they secure that is like if they never new you.We recently made another purchase they told us they would be at our home between 9am and 2 pm. They never show up. We called them to see what happen and they told us that we were not on the schedule. We made a point to be at our home and they act like it was nothing. They told us that we need to reschedule and that they were going to call us with another day and time. Steve who was our sale person never called us as he promised. Their customer service has gone down the heel as well as the quality of things BUT their prices have gone up.If the owner of the store doesn’t fix their sales representatives I will not shop anymore I rather to go to Vegas and give my business to the stores in Vegas.

Our salesman Gabriel was so awesome. He worked really hard to find us exactly what we wanted. Delivery was quick and arrived timely. The chairs are beautiful. Great experience. They even have a place to grab something to eat.

Delivery was great, the app kept me up to date as well as the driver. Sofa looks amazing, definitely worth the small wait. Received 3 weeks earlier than expected.
