“Heros! Saved a couple out of town moms out on a St. George day trip. My chain ring bent out on the trail with only a few hours of day light left to ride. Took it in to the shop and they had me up and running with a new chain ring and chain and out the door in 20 mins. So happy with the service and speed!And that we got our last ride in!”

“We stopped in on Christmas Eve day, with a last minute emergency. My left pedal backed out and ended up stripping the last 5-6 threads from the crank arm, making it "impossible" to reassemble. The "guy" who could re-thread the crank arm was on vacation, and they did not have a matching crank arm to replace it. As I was packing up to leave, the manager heard about the issue and he came out to help. He offered to try a "trick", that "may or may not work." The manager took over, worked some mechanic magic and.... 20 minutes later, voila! The pedal was back on the bike.They REFUSED to charge me anything for the service, even though two employees and the manager spent the better part of an hour trying to resolve my problem. (I ended up buying a shirt, just to spend something)The customer service was second to none. I was just a random tourist (aka: not a repeat customer) with a problem that was unlikely to be fixed, but three employees dropped everything to give it a shot... and then would not take money for the service.They earned my future business and this positive review. Well done, and thank you again for saving my vacation!”

Young man at the counter suggested that I didn't need to purchase a new speedometer . . . only a new magnet for the wheel. He installed it without any charge.
