First class was a pleasant surprise. Nice consistent vinyasa flow with emphasis on breathing. Will be sure to lookup this studio on future visits. Highly recommend

Keshia’s class was great. The customer service was excellent. The facility is beautiful. I’m thankful to have a place for Hot Yoga in St. George. They rented me a mat for $2. There’s a café connected to their lobby where I rehydrated, that’s super cute. I’m really happy about the experience.

12/9/23. 9:30 am hot PilatesJust wanted to give a quick shout out to the 2 ladies working at the front counter, Jaynah and Elii..I was 40 minutes into the 9:30 Pilates class led by Lisa, when my alarm started going off warning me that my glucose was low, and dropping fast (I’m diabetic) I explained to them what was going on, they immediately assisted me by providing me a snack and an apple juice from the coffee shop, I am and will be forever grateful. Thank you so so much. Not only is BEHOT the best studio ever, their customer service is unmatched and the employees are the kindest, friendliest and most compassionate people around.

Took a vinyasa with Jasher - It was terrible. He told us at the beginning of class that he had never had a day of yoga teacher training - he just took the certification test. It showed. He used the wrong name for poses. Completely neglected to do the same movements on each side of the body and obviously had not planned out the class beforehand. He did not stop talking - Nonsensical ramblings most of the time. It feels like he is more interested in becoming a life coach than a yoga instructor.

Ruby is great! She has awesome customer service, helped find new workout items and made the shopping experience easy. Also had a killer sesh with Eliza, what an amazing instructor! It was my first time there (I luckily survived) but she did a great job with helping me get situated. If only they had a location in downtown SLC I'd be invested. Definitely looking forward taking more classes when I'm visiting in town.

I’m new to this type of workout world after starting in February.I always went to the gym. For decades.. little improvements here or there, strong at times injured most of the time. Living with shoulder pain to the point it affected how I slept. I finally stepped outside of my comfort zone and took a chance. 4 months in I’ve lost weight, feel way more athletic, my mind is sharper, no shoulder pain, etc. If you’re a guy who wants to try Yoga but won’t because of some weird preconceived idea in your head about why you’re there, get out of your own way. If you want to really challenge yourself, take a boot camp class! All of the instructors bring something new and different to the table. All I can say is my life has changed for the better because of this business.. so don’t be afraid, just send it ?

10/10! I personally don’t do yoga all that often, it was very relaxing. They made an environment with tons of love. This was my first time and people acted like they were my best friend. If your new to town and looking for a community I would highly recommend :)

I ended up hear threw a random string of events. I flipped a coin and a young woman told me to take a class there so I went. Wow it was crazy hard. I loved the new experience. It dose not matter if you think you can do it, or even if you want to do it. Just be open to somthing new and out of your box and just find out if you like it. Personally I think everyone in there are a bit of a sadist but you would never know by how positive and kind the people are. ? I don't know if I will ever do it again but I will never forget it. Thank you so much for the experience.

I went to the hot barre class last Sunday at 8 am. I have never been to a barre class and Stevie was our instructor. We had a blast and I was sore the next day (in a good way!) I loved how personable Stevie was after class. I shopped at the boutique afterwards and Maddison was lovely. We went to the coffee shop afterward and the protein balls, keto brownie cheesecake, and my tumeric latte were fantastic. I will definitely return when I move to St. George permanently next week.

Overall a good place to hit up for a heated workout. I bought a week pass for $50 while visiting for spring break and went 2xs a day because the variety of class options was great and I definitely got my moneys worth. The lululemon and vuori merch was fun to browse. They even have monkey yoga classes for kids so my son came with cousins while we took a vinyasa class. Biggest point of feedback would be to cap class attendance. Could have been because it was spring break, but classes were full to the brim and it inhibited movement. Fun spot though. I will be back when in town again.

One of the best yoga/fitness studios I have ever attended. I did a class with Brittany on Sunday that was transcendental! Just amazing connection and flow. The more intense fitness classes like Boot Camp Pilates were also amazing in their own way. Great location, right beside a nice coffee shop too to grab something on the way out. Prices and intro offers are reasonable and they do offer mat and towel rentals. So happy I found this location!
