Awful customer service! I wanted to return a dress that was unworn with the tags and original receipt and they didn’t accept it because it was past the 21 days. I will never shop at this location nor any location for that matter.

Worst customer service ever. They do NOT give store credit NOR an exchange don’t return them in 21 days. Not even if you have the original receipt with tags in tact and clothes unworn and unwashed. I can find cut clothes somewhere else. I feel like they stole from me.

Terrible return policies and unimpressive staff. Wouldn't let me return something within 10 days with tags that I didn't even try on. She just said "sorry!" No reason, no exceptions, no sympathy.

This store has the cutest clothes for young girls up to mothers. The workers were so sweet and helpful! Definitely will come back every time I’m in town.

I love this store. Great customer service. Lots of variety and great store decor. I wanted to shop there and felt an inviting environment. The nice staff made me reel comfortable. The choices of dresses were exceptional. I can see myself going back again and again.

I make all my purchases online because I am out of state and unfortunately this is the worst way to buy their clothing. There are no "benefits" to being an online consumer. In fact you pay more and have to interact with terrible customer service representative. I have spent close to $700 in a short period of time and they did not acknowledge the loyalty. If fact, I have to pay for a "restocking fee" if something doesn't fit, I had to reach out to customer service when I purchased an item that was never shipped after waiting ten days, when they list "over night shipping" it really means "when we get to it", I recently returned an item which they have acknowledge via email but eight days later I have yet to receive my return and according to them will not be at 100%. I have left my feedback in numerous places and even asked to speak to a manager to rectify my issues but no one has reach out. I will be taking my loyalty and money elsewhere.

The store is a bit expensive but the clothes are super cute! The staff were fun and friendly. I'll definitely shop again in the future.

Hands down the best Bohme customer service in the state!! Stephanie, Eryn and Kendra are the most helpful every single time!! They know their customers and always want to help them look their best!!

We came here for back to school shopping. We went to six different stores looking for modest but stylish clothes beforehand. We found nothing at all these places. We came here to böhme as a last resort. Thank goodness for Ellie!!! She was super helpful and could immediately tell what style you might like. She helped keep things modest but trendy and helped us find exactly what we were looking for. THANK YOU ELLIE!♡!♡!

I love bohme's style. Also I love the brands of jeans they sell! However, their return policy is really bad. I get that boutiques usually have harder return policies because they are usually more of a smaller business. However, I feel that bohme could do better with their customer service run this aspect. Their current return policy is 21 days for your money back. Between then and 30 days it's only in-store credit. If you have a life other than shopping and doing returns, then chances are you might not make it 2 1/2 weeks after you receive an item in the mail and it doesn't fit or is the wrong style. So those are my thoughts. I hope they change it to be more filled with grace - especially if you have children and a bunch of other things to do in the world :).

Went into bohme alone just to browse and the girls working there were so awesome! Amy spent the entire time pulling clothes for me to try on and helped me style them! It was so fun and I loved how much the staff cared! Definitely shopping there more often!

Hey just a heads up, your google listing is 2 hours off the time you actually close. It says 9pm on weekdays. It would be great knowing when you are and aren’t opened. Makes way less of a hassle for customers. My friend and I also both had exchanges and I was given a gift card and she was refunded her money back onto her card. If you can do both, offer it customers. Couldn’t see if I wanted to use the gift card cause you closed two hours earlier than listed and just had enough time to do a return. I work a lot, including weekends, and rarely have an opportunity to shop in store so my money just feels stuck unfortunately. Employees are always friendly.
