Diana at AutoZone on Sunset is amazing. I came in because my coolant temperature light was on and I don’t know much about cars and she took care of me ASAP. She saved my engine from overheating. This location always goes above and beyond from Terrah the manager to every associate in there.

My daughters Toyota wouldn’t start so we took it to auto zone on sunset to have them test the battery. They changed out the battery and realized it still wouldn’t start so then Owen S did more diagnostic work and determined that the starter needed to be fixed. He not only sold us the starter, he put it in for us. That’s going above and beyond. Ten stars. Give that guy a raise.

I recently visited this AutoZone and had an amazing experience at the store. The store manager, Tera, was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. She went above and beyond to assist me with finding the right parts for my car. You just don't find service like that anymore! The store itself was well-organized, clean, well stocked and had a wide selection of products. I highly recommend this AutoZone location, top-notch service and excellent store environment. Thanks again Tera for the exceptional service!

Had an auto zone battery die on me twice in the last two days so I went to get it checked. They checked it and said it was fine, there’s nothing wrong. So I went to Dixie Battery and they diagnosed it in minutes and showed me the print off saying it was bad. Went back to auto zone to tell them the battery was bad and not sure how they were seeing it was good when it was totally fried. Wasn’t sure if the method they check or their machine was broken. I was met with a lot of attitude and lame excuses when I was just letting them know whatever they did didn’t work. I can’t help but feel they were trying to avoid the warranty on the battery with how I was treated and “helped”. Dixie battery got a new life long customer

Well there isn’t a better auto shop that I have been to. This evening I was in need of help, I was fixing my own oil, made a mistake and Owen and Sage were happy and helpful, best customer service I’ve experienced. They laughed off my mistake and got down on the ground to fix the problem, 30 minutes after autozone closed. In today’s society, this level of care is not seen. Anthony, their boss was there to see the job through, a leader lets his crew excel in their craft, that is what we experienced tonight!
Thank you gentlemen, I’m a customer forever now.

Tera B was so helpful! I went straight to autozone after a looooong 7 hour drive from California. Tera greeted me as soon as I walked in. I had some lighting issues in my car and she was quick to get it tested. After figuring out that my battery was in good shape, she didn’t hesitate to do another testing. Even though we couldn’t figure out what was wrong, I’m so grateful for her wonderful customer service and her willingness to go above and beyond. Tera truly takes her job seriously and I’m so happy to have ran into her! She’s awesome!!!!! Thank you!

Had an check engine light come on, while travelling. The staff, pulled the code and we discussed options. I opted with changing the plugs (Nissan Titan). I had no tools, the young man lent me his and the manager (I think) came out to check on me and help as well. That ended up being the issue. But I wanted to point out the staff there were amazing and if I wasn't so flustered I wished I would have gotten names. Thank you for helping me.
