My husband performed a car guru search for a used Lexus GX and since he had previously heard that it is best to buy southwestern used vehicles, one came up close to home at the Auto Passion Team Dealership located on Highland in Saint George. We went there, and was greeted by a very kind enthusiastic, knowledgeable young man named Luis where we test drove, and was out the door with our very own Lexus GX470 which we absolutely ?% luv luv luv. It was the best car purchase experience we’ve ever had in our entire lives! Luis was able to answer all of our many questions regarding the GX 470 and we valued his professionalism and overall approach to selling us our new V8 off-roader! The car selection at the Auto Passion Team Dealership is incredibly impressive, and we will certainly do business there again and again should a need for a vehicle arise. This place is honest, full of integrity, outstanding work ethics, and as the dealership manager stated to us when we asked questions about the vehicle we were to to see, “We have an opened book policy”, all of which spoke volumes about the used vehicle dealership! Thank you Luis and the team you work with and represent, as our purchase there was by far our very best experience! Keep up the GREAT work!

Bought a couple trucks from them. The first one seemed fine, but had issues overheating the week after I bought it. The second one started leaking oil in my driveway the day after I brought it home. Had to take it to mechanic and get it fixed cost over 2K for repairs. Didn’t contact them as vehicles are sold as-is. figured others should know before they purchase from them. They need to be more thorough in evaluating vehicles before listing them for sale.

This is for informational purpose only: We bought a truck from Auto Passions team and after a long wait we finally got our new truck traded in our old truck and with in 1 day of taking ownership the truck was leaking oil all over so we contacted the dealership and they took the truck back for another week for the repairs and long behold we found out that 4 months prior the truck had manifold gaskets replaced and guess what the mechanic that did the job did a horrible job because it was needing the same repair again so they got it repaired but we were told it was going to a different mechanic but it didn’t it went right back to the same one who did a horrible job (lack of communication with the customer) and we got it back and same issue so we contacted them and so then we took it back and they had it for another week and this time the mechanic that worked on it knew what he was doing and we were very happy with him he actually fixed the issue because it wasn’t the gaskets it was the manifold it was cracked so the other mechanic obviously over looked everything or just went the cheap route now that we have the truck back we have had to replace the CV axel and now it has a check engine light on and codes are possibly for the catalytic converters it seems like we got a truck that we have to now dump more and more money in when we thought we weren’t going to have issues with a NEW truck to us so my advise if you are going to buy a vehicle from them make sure you have a mechanic go through the vehicle thoroughly before buying and if any issues make sure it’s put in the contract. I will not be buying another vehicle from them it’s sad to say that Premier truck and auto is no longer in business because they were the best dealership they took very well care of me with my SUV that I bought from them or I would of gone right back to them. Just be wear of issues with used vehicles and lack of communication with customers.. they will tell you one thing and do the total opposite..

Bought a vehicle from them on Bluff 18 months ago... Great experience rated them at 5. Went to the Highland Drive location a couple days ago looking to buy another vehicle from them.. This Location gets 0 rating, very ignorant, non responsive, don't do a damn thing they say. Ya say you'll reach out and call after the holiday... DO IT!!!!I will never come back. None the less I found my perfect vehicle at another lot...Stay away from this location. Worst Customer Service I've ever had at a car dealership.
