Arturo very kindly made time for me on a Saturday - I am from Cedar City and was in town for the day. He is very pleasant to work with and did a fantastic job cutting my hair - I love it and it enhances my natural curl. He is a 5 Star guy.

Arturo's Hair Design is now located inside The Beauty Mark, located in the Plumb Dental building on the lower level around the back of the building. The building is directly east (across the street) from Spilsbury Mortuary on Bluff Street and directly south (across the street) from Red Rock Bicycle. You will find all of the stylists from Arturo's Hair Design located here.
