We just purchased new kitchen appliances from AWP & had a great experience. Ian was very helpful in selecting the models that were just right for us and pleasant to work with. He price matched and gave us a nice discount. Then, on top of that, he gave us an upgrade at no extra cost.
Wyatt & Danny did a great job installing; very respectful & patiently answered all our questions. They had to do a little adapting to make it all work, cleaned up & even took the time to remove stubborn stickers. These are people I would do business with again.

We bought all new appliances last year. We didn’t go cheap…we were told by the sales rep to use them because if you ever have a problem they work with the warranty people and stand by there products. We decided to use them even though they were the most expensive by far because of this reason. Fast forward a year and a few months…our “high end microwave” has now basically exploded and they came out and said it’s a manufacturer defect. Rather than contacting them and getting it replaced they pinned it on us! Shady folks…stay away from them…it’s not worth the extra money…they are taking advantage of customers…

What a horrible experience. We are in process of completing a purchase on a new home. The builder is providing some appliances through AWP. AWP reached out to us to provide the rest of the appliances. I let them know what we thinking and they provided us with links, which included prices, to the requested items. We it came time to purchase we were informed they won’t honor those prices!! Run, don’t just walk away.

In 2021 I needed a washing machine to replace a broken one at my rental property in Mesquite NV. I did not want a cheap one. I did a lot of research on-line to find a quality product at a reasonable price. I found Appliance Wholesalers Plus on-line. They had several good machines in my price range. My first choice was Samsung, and they had it at good price. They delivered and installed it on time and on budget. My whole experience with them was first class.

Built a home with Ence, and they go through AWP for appliances, we decided to purchase our other appliances (washer/dryer and fridge) through them and everything went so smooth! AWP is super easy to work with and they are knowledgeable on their products. Will definitely be using them for any future purchases!

If you can get them to answer the phone and return your phone call you are lucky! It usually goes straight to an answering machine. I left a message for couple weeks. No return calls. Finally somebody answered Very frustrating.I would have gone elsewhere but the developer put all appliances in my home from AWPThe technician had to come out three times to fix the problem. Should have taken one timeI would not recommend dealing with this company.

We are very disappointed with our 3 year old GE refrigerator. Very noisy, lights all went out about a year ago. AWP repair never responded to our phone calls. Suggest you look elsewhere.

I ordered a part for my fridge around the beginning of the year. I have been patient during the wait to get the part here. The part finally arrived and we got an appointment to get it fixed on 9/9/22 from 4-6 pm. At 4:05 on the 9th a neighbor showed up at our house and handed us the notice left from the AWP installer that said that we had missed him. It said that we would have to reschedule.I have worked in similar field of work. I have been a professional carpet cleaner and one thing I was taught was that it was important to wait at least 30 minutes before you left to go home. I was also taught that you should also try to contact the home owner. I wasn't contacted by phone either.My wife and I were both home. Our garage was wide open with her car inside of the garage. My vehicle was in front of our other garage door.I am not frustrated by the time it has taken to get the part here. I am frustrated because I had to wait a week and a half for the installer to be available to install the part, Then when he came to do it he didn't want to wait to install it or contact me by phone.

We needed a new refrigerator and checked numerous places in the area. Found that what we wanted was out of stock, high priced or couldn't be delivered for weeks. Found what we wanted at a lower price and next day delivery. The man who helped us at the store was friendly, professional and knowledgeable. Thank you!!
