I rented a car at the Las Vegas airport. Tammy was on duty. The first car didn’t have power seats. The second didn’t have a usb port for my phone. Tammy spent quite a lot of time trying ways to connect my iPhone. After many attempts, I was offered an upgrade. I was very pleased with the service.

Beware, they will rip you off. I picked up a car with 1/4 tank fuel. I immediately called and told them about the low fuel. They said they made a note of it and to return it with a 1/4 tank. Now I recieve an invoice for $84. What a joke. I guess I'll dispute it with my credit card company.

This location has inept employees. Especially Steven. Lack of training shows with this one. Understanding the business you work for is key to customer retention. Unfortunately this specific person should look else where for employment. I beleive all future customers that have issues will stem from this employee.

This was a small airport with very friendly people manning the car rental counters. Matt was at Alamo, and he helped us switch our Honda Accord for a Toyota Camry. Paperwork took less than 15 minutes. Matt was pleasant and efficient.Matt walked us to the Honda to get our luggage, and coincidentally, it was next to the Camry! Could not have been easier. When we were done, we drove off - no checking paperwork or spikes to drive over. At 5PM, we were off - again - to Arches National Park.

You’d think they could know how many people at a given time were going to need to check in and get their car. It’s insane to me the line could be so long with ONE support person. Come on Alamo! You can do better

Alamo / Enterprize - HORRIBLE NIGHTMARE in ST. GEORGE UTAH. IMAGINE... a full day travel across the country with two layovers and tight flight connections along the way. To be left with two unconcerned car rental representives at 6 pm, a vehical that has NO GPS. Unfamiliar with the car and vacation location I took the time to become familiar with the vehical. I had to seek out the assistance for my GPS concerns. When I presented my concerns with the rude staff it became cl

This is the second time in a row I have had problems with an Alamo Car rental. In August, I received a call the day I was to pick up a car to tell me there were NO CARS available. Not GOOD. The end of Sep I get to the counter at the Airport and there are NO People ! - I was served at a combined counter for a sister company. Then when I see the bill they cared me $48.51 (an extra day that was already included in my confirmed price). Be aware and check your paperwork before signing or leaving the counter with your confimation!

After a horrible hour experience with budget. I decided to take my business elsewhere and look online for another affordable and family friendly vehicle for my family vacation and Alamo/enterprise happen to have two options for me that day. The car I wanted online was not available when I went in and they gave me a free upgrade for the same price with taxes online. The check in process was painless and only take 5 min. The vehicle was clean and comfortable. Even the check out took 1 min and the guys were very helpful and friendly.

I picked up my car after a nightmare flight with United. Having my trip falling apart from day one with horrible first class and lost luggage, I went to get my rental car. I would be driving for 12 days and the tiny beater I had scheduled seemed more claustrophobic than ever. I met Brayden Phillips at the St George Utah airport at Alamo. He suddenly made the day a whole lot better. He upgraded me to a Charger, my first car as a teen, and sent me out of there much happier. Thank you Brayden. Alamo give him a raise
