Advanced Realty are the best realty company I have ever dealt with. They have went above and beyond for us. I definitely recommend this realty company to anyone needing help finding a new home. They really made it easy and fast on approval to move in.

Awesome to work with! Very reliable and helpful at the office & on the phone, any time you have a question or need help they're there and communicate. They advocated for us and made sure we were taken care of as a family. Only reason we had to leave was because we had a baby and needed an extra room, but if we could've stayed with them we would've!

Absolutely love this company! Dusty & Gladys are the most helpful & caring people I’ve ever met within the business industry. I have been renting from them for 5 years & every time I had an issue or needed any repairs they were quick to resolve the problem. I highly highly recommend them!

Their email notification system sends PDFs asking for HOA dues attached to a blank email from a personal work address.The result: right to the spam folder, marked as dangerous. Being employed in email marketing, this message looks exactly like a bait email.I'd be less irritated if I saw a bunch of missed calls but they decided to contact me for the first time after 5 months.I will pay dues because I pay all my bills, but this was annoying. 1/5.

Trent is to the point, honest and looks out for his clients. He will work hard to find the right home for you and get you a good deal.He has only helped me buy and sell my house, I have never rented from him. That being said I have a hard time believing the bad reviews. My guess would be the tenets renting got what they had coming to them, i.e., they lost their security deposit paying for the damages they inflicted on the properties they were renting.

I have been under Advanced HOA since in bought my home. It’s been two years and I have not a had a good experience with them ever. They refuse to answer any of our community members calls and emails. They don’t give us a say in what happens with our money we pay each month. They decide what they want to use our money for. They don’t live here they don’t know what we need and want. We have no clue who is on our board and they won’t let us vote for new board members. They will not communicate with anyone in our community. Things we need done are ignored and brushed off. They lie and say they send out emails to all the homeowners about changes they decide to put in place. None of us have ever received an email regarding any changes. Instead all of our cars have been towed and that’s how we found out about the changes. Our community is not happy at all with this company. Definitely would NOT recommend for anyone in the future.

Real property management are stuck-up and don't communicate very well. They jump to conclusions without knowing what the facts are. Even when you pay rent on time and follow the rules they still won't fix things such as clogged toilets, or broken doors.
