Wow! What great service they have here! Walked into the store, ask the employee where an item was, and he walked us out to where it was, helped us buy it and loaded in our car! His name was Matt. Great experience! I would happily shop here again with no second thoughts at all.

I've been shopping at Hurst Ben Franklin for 40 years! I didn't think it could get better, but it did! The ONLY place in town to go for any size bolt or nut you need! And I NEVER walk out with just what I went in for!

Went in to have a lock rekeyed. Weston provided professional service and was very quick. He is friendly and professional like most of their staff. Checkout is quick and efficient. A great experience as always!

We love how fun the kids shopping carts are and the ride around car, we love the popcorn. The staff is always helpful when looking for items that my hubby sends me to get. I love the clothing boutique as well super cute dresses.

Matt in the key department was able to program a Toyota Highlander key fob that I bought from Amazon. Just needed to be unlocked and he was patient enough to read instructions and do it. Thank you!!!!

For a small town, they are full service like the store in St. George. I have been spending my money with Buck Hurst for 50 years now and keep going back.

I'm a connoisseur of hardware stores and this hardware store is jaw dropping great. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Six stars. (Specific example, They stock 5 inch long grade 8 high strength 1/4 inch machine bolts. Which I couldn't even find on Amazon. And, much MUCH more.

The level of attention and customer service is amazing. I needed to replace some low quality damaged bolts. The gentleman helping me took me to right where I needed to be. He went through the options and found exactly what I needed. And to top it off they had free popcorn for the win.

Ledwin the manager was fantastic to work with. He was friendly fast and very knowledgeable. I had a product break within 3 days they allowed me to return it even though he could have turn me down.
I love this Ace hardware one of my favorite places to go in town.
