Rude pharmacy staff. Also they stopped accepting prescription coupons out of the blue.

Is a nice and clean store, has most of that I looked for most of the time.
The employees are always ready to help and are very kind.

This occurred yesterday, 7/16/24.
I would like to give a high review to the pharmacist Gina and and her employee Luce at the CVS pharmacy on S Main St, Springvlle UT. I live in California and forgot one of my medications that I must take and Gina and Luce were a huge help with helping me get a short supply while here in Utah. From my first phone call till I picked up the medication they were very professional, kind and patient. Both Gina and Luce have exceptional customer service. I hope their boss reads this and lets them know that they are doing a great job!

The absolute worst Walgreens I’ve ever been to. The manager is rude and the pickup service is disorganized. I used the app to let them know I was there for pickup, in line at the drive thru. I got there and they wanted me to go in and pick it up at the photo counter. They figured it out but it seemed silly and sort of defeated the purpose of the pickup system.

Update.
Called and was told rx would be ready in 1 hour. Waited 2.5 and now was told it will be another 3 hours.
Drive through is closed so it's pointless to offer
After waiting in line wasting gas for over 30 min, they have no record of my stuff. Can't hardly hear the person and then have to go wait on line again inside. Not impressed .

Grumpy, listless, and incredibly unkind. I will never step foot in this store again. This isn't the first time.
Your clerks need to be kind.

DO NOT COME HERE! STAY FAR FAR AWAY!
They cancel prescriptions without telling you!
The pharm. staff is extremely rude, and doesn't care about customers at all. They don't communicate at all, they just walk away, especially the dark-haired lady, with your prescriptions in-hand, leaving you wondering what's going on.
They tell you your prescriptions from just getting out of surgery will be ready in 45 minutes, and over an hour later you're still waiting. You go check and they say it'll be just a few minutes, so you wait a little longer, and explain that you have someone with you who just got out of surgery and cannot be left alone for you to come back to get the RXs later, but they tell you it's going to be another hour at least and that "they're too busy."
When you finally get to where you can pick up your prescriptions, they tell you that they canceled and closed out one without telling you so you then need a new Rx from your doctor for it, which will take who knows how long, even though you had 2 refills on it. If I could give 0 stars I would.
Update: Called to have them transfer my Rx's and refills to a different pharmacy because we're done with their crap, and they told me that I only have one Rx with refills. I was supposed to have 3 with refills. They once again closed out 2 Rx's for no reason other than the pharmacist thinking that I don't need them.

They only had one cashier in the pharmacy this afternoon. I waited in line for 45 min. When I got to the front of the line, they had to spend 20 min looking for my prescription.
If this wasn’t a problem that keeps reoccurring, I wouldn’t leave a review. However, this happens all the time. They need to hire more people.

You'd think I'd learn but it's been a bad experience every time. Can't ever get the insurance right and only fill part of the prescriptions

1. The Pharm Tech gave my daughter my prescription instead of hers. The RX was not checked for name and phone number. Luckily, she did not take the pills that night. 2. Walgreens gave me my other daughter's RX. Again, did not check the information. 3. Have made appointments for tests/immunizations, then pharmacy closed early and did not contact me for cancellation. 4. Every month, for the past five years, Walgreens has messed up my medication: their system would delete my RX order If it wasn't in stock; not ordering it if it was out of stock (I have consistently had to wait as long as 2 weeks to get it as a result); tried to over-charge me, saying the manufacturer's coupon expired (it didn't - manufacturer sent me proof it was still in effect); or they gave me the wrong amount (6 pills instead of 60). 5. Today I made a delivery order, Walgreens employees packed someone else's order in the bag with my name and address, and when I called to have them fix the problem, they told me I would have to come in to fix the order. The whole point of having delivery is that I CAN'T come in since I am bed-bound at the moment. They blamed the door-dash people. No, Door Dash delivered it to the right place, Walgreens sent the wrong contents of the bag. They told me I had to come into the store with the wrong order, get a refund, then pick up the stuff myself. Grrrrrrr. I have transferred my RX and business elsewhere.

After a prescription being delayed 2x (supposed to be ready hours ago), came back to get it in the drive thru and now have been in the line for 30 min. Usually I’d let one occurrence go, but this happens a lot.
Plus they were out of one medication for a month and were not helpful in getting it filled elsewhere. I’m switching pharmacies for sure.

I never write reviews but I decided to express my concerns about the pharmacist. My husband picked up an injection rx and they asked if it was his first time. He said yes and asked for help about injecting it. The pharmacist came over and told him there was instructions inside the bag and walked away. Zero help with finding the right needle he needed to get or how to administer it. If I could give zero stars I would
