Now that Amazon does returns through UPS the lines are almost always out the door anytime of the day. They were quick at servicing each customer and did so with a great attitude even with how busy they were.

It has been my experience that UPS Stores are consistently great, but this location is exceptional. Always fast and friendly service, quick and efficient, even at busier times.

I shipped a critical package and paid $500 for next day air and they forgot to put it on the truck. This UPS store wouldn’t offer any discount for their mistake. I wouldn’t use this UPS store if you have vital packages shipped. I won’t be back.

People are what make or break the company—or branch, in this instance. And I have to say, this branch has some GOLDEN people.
Forest is one of them. The guy is so kind and relatable. I’ve only talked to him a handful of times, but he literally feels like an old friend.
The second is a girl, she has dark hair, tattoos, makes her own rings. She’s always in great spirits, and she does her job with energy and gusto! She, too, is SO kind and helpful.
