After driving 2,000+ miles, my car started making a noise that needed to be checked out. Being that I was only in town for a day, I walked in at opening without an appointment & the issue was fixed within an hour!! I cannot say enough good things about the customer service at this establishment. If I lived in the area, Tunex would be my go-to service & repair shop. If I’m ever back in Springville I won’t take my car anywhere else, this place is awesome!

Quick, Easy, & Affordable
I took my vehicle to Tunex for an oil change. I arrived at the scheduled time. They quickly took my vehicle to the bay and got to work. Aside from changing the oil, they also replaced the air and cabin filters. The process was easy, and the overall price was reasonable.

The Springville location is my favorite! The inside staff is always wonderful and makes sure to note any and everything I need done. And the Techs are very thorough. Even living over an hour away I still make the trip to this location for ALL of my car needs!

i LOVE THE SPRINGVILLE TUNEX. THE MANAGER SCOTT ALWAYS
MAKES SURE MY 20 YEAR OLD LEXUS IS IN TIP TOP CONDITION.
LAST WEEK I CALLED AND TOLD MIKE I HAD TO MAKE A 20 HOUR
TRIP TO AZ AND NEEDED MY CAR CHECKED BEFORE I LEFT TO MAKE SURE IT HAD NO PROBLEMS.. THEY WERE OVERBOOKED THAT DAY BUT TOLD ME TO BRING IT IN AND THEY WOULD TAKE CARE OF IT.
I CAME BACK TO PICK IT UP. THEY HAD FILLED THE OIL AND FLUIDS, PUT AIR IN ALL MY TIRES, CHECKED MY WINDSHIELD WIPERS AND FIXED MY REAR WINDOW THAT WOULDN'T GO UP WHICH WAS A WORRY AS RAIN WAS PREDICTED.
I HAD GREAT PEACE OF MIND BECAUSE OF THEIR WONDERFUL SERVICE AND KINDNESS. I HADN'T TOLD THEM WE WERE HEADED TO AZ BECAUSE OUR DAUGHTER HAD PASSED AWAY AND WE WERE GOING FOR HER FUNERAL AND BURIAL.
I LOVE THIS WONDERFUL COMPANY AND APPRECIATE THEIR KINDNESS AND PROFESSIONALISM.

I have been coming to this Tunex since 2014 and followed them from when they were previously in Orem. I trust Scott & his team with honesty and have never had a minutes doubt of if he was trying to overcharge or finding things that didn't need to be done to my vehicles. He's and his team have always been very kind and courteous, treated me with respect and have been life savers on things that would have cost much more at the dealership.
