Bought some chain link that was labeled 1.09 per foot. The individual that helped me cut the chain was nice, but at checkout I was charged 2.79 a foot. I asked the individual checking me out, and his response was the prices haven’t been updated for a year and a half. He didn’t offer to do anything about it. I have come to this store twice before because it is the closest to our house and more “local”. Each of those times they did not have what I was looking for. Unfortunately I won’t be going back.

I would not recommend this store location!! In a pinch and if it’s your only option so be it, but their customer service is severely lacking, The people working there can never help you find anything, and we went to buy paint and nobody on the clock knew how to work the paint machine. That should be a given as a part of the job description if you’re the only one in the store.

I was so disappointed that I don't even think I finished writing my review. Now a few months later I have given some thoughts to what happened I'll try and explain why I gave one star to this review. My husband and I went to this store looking for an instant hot water faucet and when we stopped at the counter to ask if they had it, we asked to two ladies that were working behind the counter when they were going to answer this older man I'm not sure if he was the owner or a manager, he gave us an answer and he wasn't quite nice. He said they didn't have it, it was too complicated to work with and that's why they didn't sell it there. All while mumbling and walking away from us, we just stood there realizing that that was it he wasn't coming back to help us with our questions. My husband and I felt embarrassed for even asking and left. Don't think we're going back there.

Had about half the Sprinkler supplies I needed. When I asked when they would have more in stock they said “no idea can’t help you”. Definitely don’t waste your time here. The service is bad, bunch of grumpy old men who are so annoyed to be helping you and in the end aren’t sorry that they can’t. Go to Lowe’s.

After looking at box stores and other plumbing suppliers for a water heater, this was the best place for service and getting a fair price. The Reehm 50 gallon natural gas water heater was in stock and Mark was great to work with there. He took the time to answer my questions and provide guidance on how-to install.
