The workers there are very rude and disrespectful to customers, they seem to not know anything about phones or anything about t mobile in general and don't know how to respectfully help people with their phone problems. I would like know why there are only ever 2 employees working at all times. One of the T Mobile locations in the area.

The worst customer service you can imagine. 2 reps to cover the store the day after Christmas, really really?! There’s a line of ppl to the door, to be expected, and you don’t have coverage or anticipated this? You got ppl waiting for nearly an hr just to get a face to face with a rep, terrible. I thought their phone customer service was bad , every single store in any state I’ve visited is just as bad.

They had no clue how to answer any of my questions. She didn’t even bother to really look at my plan. What little information she did give me was all wrong. They tried to charge me a $50 screen protector without even asking - during the process of ordering a new phone. She turned off my service when she should have left it alone. Just a bunch of little kids working. They never have anything in stock. Pushy.I ended up going to Spanish fork the next day and the guy was phenomenal ! He was able to give me all the correct information. Took his time. I immediately cancelled my order as was able to get what I wanted and they had it in stock. He ended up saving me a lot of money. Gave me better trade in value for my old phone. Just everything was soooo much better!!!!Highly suggest going to SF T-Mobile.

We had a wonderful experience at this store. Night and day difference from Provo location. The team was attentive, knowledgeable and very friendly. Definitely recommend.

I appreciate the service the patience and kindness. The manager there and their staff is excellent. Definitely better than most and worth the drive to go to. I couldn't find how I could give a good review to the one of your service experts. So I decided to do a review here and I am grateful for the when you have delivered a home loving experience to me and my wife. Thank you thank you thank. I look forward to doing more business here at this location.

We called after visiting two other T-Mobile’s to see if they had a specific phone in stock. The girl told us she wasn’t allowed to tell us because their phones in stock are primarily for trade ins (even though we’re T-Mobile customers). We couldn’t trade the phone in due to water damage & needed a new phone. Instead we drove up to the Apple Store after they confirmed they had the phones in stock. They were more pleasant to work with & it was cheaper than T-Mobile.

This location is terrible. Went in to get 2 new iPhones. Get to the store and everyone was super nice and welcoming, the person helping me (I cannot remember her name) informed me that there was a promotion for Apple Watches and they would be absolutely free with what I was doing. I asked her if it would add a line to my account which I did not want to do. She informed me it would not add anymore lines to my account so I proceeded. Fast forward to getting home later that night I looked at my T Mobile account to see that there were 2 new lines of service for the Apple Watches. I did not want this and I was told this would not happen so im pretty upset with this location. Going to try to refund the Apple Watches today so wish me luck I don’t have a restock fee for something that was not my fault. This makes me want to switch phone carriers even if I end up paying more. Very very disappointed with the dishonesty just to get a sale.

We worst service ever. Been there twice and no one could help me one girl was on her phone texting the whole time then said just to go on line. She couldn't help me. Wow the worst place ever.

Their hours are posted on two signs on their door, except both are different. Apparently they close at 7:00 instead of 8:00. Then as we're walking up to the door, The person that's at the register just stares at us. Like I'm not saying she needed to open the door or anything. But she could've done literally anything and she just stared at us, dumbfounded. Then there were two different signs on the door we assumed the one at a lower time on a Friday night was an old sign for COVID hours? We were coming in to get new phone services and that is definitely not the customer service I was looking for. I would've been totally fine with her or him just mouthing "we're closed" so we at least knew which sign to go by. Not only do I feel like The employees should have acknowledged that someone was there instead of staring at them blankly And that one of the signs needs to be taken down and I'm hoping it'll be the correct one. While you're at it you should probably update the hours on Google since those are not right either.

I went to this store. They were helping other customers so it took about 5 minutes to acknowledge I was there. After speaking with someone they said they couldn't help me, and literally only halfway answered before answering a phone. When I called customer service I was told I would have to go to a store. Not impressed.

Worst phone store and they are lazy and not willing to help you. They tell you to call customer service on the phone where you are on hold for hours. But when you ask them to call customer service for you they don't want to be on hold for hours either. I don't understand whyT-Mobile has stores if they don't want to help you.

Wow, insane incompetence at this location. Waited for 40 minutes for my friend to get helped, with no apology, while multiple other customers got frustrated and left. Staff unable to perform a simple operation (switching a prepaid plan to a new level) without screwing up and then having to call their helpline to get it straightened out (3 associates in the store couldn't figure things out). Then they couldn't process the payment that was due literally the next day. I'm glad I don't have a plan here. Just abysmal customer service.
