I’m so happy I decided to sign up for this gym. It has been life changing. Everyone is so encouraging and so nice. The coaches are amazing and really help you get to your goals. I love the classes and the coaches are so helpful every class and it’s like you get one on one training. If you’re looking for an awesome gym this is it!!

If you want all the fun and challenge of CrossFit without any of the stereotypes or stigma, this is the place. The coaches are some of the nicest, most helpful people you’ll meet. Great place to train—state of the art equipment. Top-notch community of all skill levels who all want to see each other succeed in fitness. Joining RxFit changed my life in the most positive way.

I loved the 6 week challenge! The first week kicked my butt so hard, but the coaches were amazing, they really made sure my technique was where it should be while encouraging me to push myself. The atmosphere is great, there's a great sense of community, LOTS of encouragement from everyone, lots of friendly people. I loved that there was no pressure to buy/do anything I wasn't comfortable with during this challenge. I ended up losing 5 lbs of fat and gaining 3 lbs of muscle! It was definitely challenging, but everyone made it so fun and positive. I ended up developing some health issues a week and half before the end of my challenge, but I pushed myself to finish and I'm so glad I did, I will definitely be signing up for a membership in the future, once I can resolve my health issues.

I found RxFIT through an Instagram ad for a 6 week health challenge. I decided to go for it after talking with Brad about the program. I am very glad I did. With the workouts and diet plan I was able to lose body fat and gain muscle.Eva, Jacob and Mary have been a major reason for the success.Everyone has been encouraging to help me get to my goals. I highly recommend you check out RxFIT.

This place was OK. I went there for about. S9 months they had a really good trainer and then he left and then we got a new one and I don’t feel like he was as good not very motivating and there’s a girl name Amanda that is rude and makes it a competition I stopped going because of her and the new trainer and it would be an OK gym if the people weren’t so rude and welcoming

I participated in the 6 week health challenge with RxFit. I had tons of support, help, and guidance. I loved being a part of the program and found it helpful in kickstarting my love for exercise.

I absolutely love working out here. The people are good and the workouts are tough (in a good way). I was pushed to try new things and loved every second of it. The coaches are awesome and incredibly helpful while helping you find the weights and workouts that work for you. Anyone can go because of how good they are at helping everyone push themselves personally.Small thing for some but huge for me: there’s a little play area in the back with a small gate around it so you can bring your kids while you work out.Couldn’t recommend this place enough!

I just completed the 6 week challenge and I'm happy! I was able to cut back 10 lbs and establish some solid fitness and eating habits. The best part of the experience was the gym culture; there is the typical awkwardness of being in a new situation with people you don't know, but by the second week I felt very welcomed and made some good friends. I also really enjoyed that people of every fitness level attended. Seriously, everyone is welcome.

I’ve had a really positive experience with RxFit the past 6 weeks. The gym was great and the nutritionist was super helpful! They gave me the resources and confidence to help me reach my goals :)

I've been going to this gym for about 6 weeks now and have really enjoyed it! It's nice that you can just show up and be challenged without having to think about what to do for your workout in advance. I love that there are modifications and different levels, so you can still work out as a group but do whatever is most appropriate for where you currently are. It's very beginner friendly! The coaches are great! They're welcoming, encouraging and helpful, often offering instruction and correcting form.I did the 6 week challenge, combining the workouts and nutrition plan (did not purchase any of the supplements) and was happy to lose 15 lbs! The accountability and daily check-ins with the nutrition coach were so helpful.

This was an overall really great experience! I did the 6 week challenge and definitely saw results. I got stronger and more fit in every area. Mariah is a super supportive nutritionist and helped me to reach my goals by tailoring the general diet to meet my needs. The coaches are awesome too, giving great tips and pointers to everyone in the class and pushing each to reach higher. Each day is different and there are a variety of levels you can work at depending on your strength and fitness level, hence tailoring the class to each individual, which I really liked. I felt like the ad for the challenge was a little misleading. (The diet doesn’t include pizza on the weekends, and you don’t have one-on-one workouts with your trainer.) but I still reached my goals. This is a great gym, and if you put in the work, you’ll reach your goals with the help of the nutritionists and coaches.

I did the 6-week fitness challenge with my wife and had an overall successful and positive experience! I'm not a stranger to working out but was a newcomer to crossfit (I didn't even know that this was crossfit until like week 4) and enjoyed it! Mariah my nutritionist worked with me on my diet and by the end had helped me gain about 5 lbs of muscle (gaining weight has been historically difficult for me, I've always been skinny with a high metabolism). The gym was an overall friendly and welcoming environment. The workouts were good, Grayland was funnyz invested, and definitely my favorite coach. If ou push yourself you can expect to see results.Overall the cost for everything wouldn't be sustainable for us long term but that's just us. We ended up spending a lot more on groceries than we had anticipated while doing the challenge, so if you're doing it be prepared for that. Also, I felt like for me the supplements weren't a must. Protein was nice to help hit protein goals but not totally necessary and I still had good results despite only taking another a few times. If I had to make one suggestion it would be to adjust the way the challenge was advertised (it seemed a little misleading).At the end of the day RX fit delivered a great experience!
