Had them working on my bus, the expectations communicated for pricing and part rates were completely inaccurate. When I went to pick it up they tried charging us 2.5x the amount we agreed upon spending before we received a phone call to approve spending more. Lack of communication and professionalism.

I went in four a faulty knock sensor. If this happens to the truck it will progressively go through the steps to protectively shut it self off. At first I thought I had a bad DPF filter because all the symptoms were there on the dashboard (with the dpf lights)and it would not regen (parked or highway). The diagnostic that was done at rush by Andrew and co. was indeed this faulty sensor.I hung out in the lounge for a little bit across the way, and let those guys go to work. I highly recommend them. They are straightforward and honest and and I would go here again. I know my company appreciated their work as I did. They’re easy to find in Springfield right down the street from the loves. If you drive in international this is the dealer around here or you want!Joe Lang/ Schuster co.

I was traveling through Springville when I lost the turbo boost on my Skoolie. I called Rush and explained the situation I was nearby so they had me bring it in, the tech was looking at my vehicle before I even finished talking to the service desk. Scot was phenomenal and immediately found a problem with a hose which he quickly fixed I was back on the road in no time at all.Amazing service!Thank you.

Tech used RV bathroom to urinate, left urine spots on toilet seat (all fluids were emptied prior to drop off and bathroom was clean). Took almost two months for a 10 hour job. Had a second mechanic look at it after it was picked up, and they appear to have charged me for a new manifold, but old manifold was cleaned and reused, as visible rust is present on the underside.

I needed a Glad hand for my truck..stopped at loves first they told me it would be 2 days before they could get me in. Went down the street to Rush Truck Center The guy came right outside and fixed it in 10min and did not even charge me .. us drivers need to stop giving loves our business they over charge and they could of did the same thing that Rush did. Loves have bad customer service ? ... Go Rush Truck Center. Great customer service ?

At first the acted like they really wanted to help us with our RV break issues. After 3 weeks & sending us 20 miles to another shop I got the distinct feeling they really wanted us out of their hair. They did find & put on a few things after we went to the other place they sent us too or I would have only given them one star.

First and foremost I want to say thanks to the staff and a special shout for Boyd, our truck went down on a high priority load and he went the extra mile for us above and beyond to make sure we got the right parts and everything we needed to fix our truck. So far I have been happy with their work. Was told that I needed a new motor but they found the issue with the truck and saved me a bunch of money.
