These guys were great. First time going to them and they were super friendly, had the ability to make an appointment online, and event left a little treat in my car for me after my oil change. Never seen that before. Going back to them again for sure.

Took my car in for an oil and when I went to do it myself a couple months later noticed the drain plug was put on too tightly and the bolt was ruined however they reached out after leaving a review and made it right. (Update: they gave me the choice of coming back in or sending a check for the refund and I chose then check however is has been over 3 months now and have yet to receive it. I am also now facing problems with my oil plug falling out because the threads on my oil pan were damaged by their mechanic)Service: Oil change

I have been meaning to write this review for quite awhile now but haven't taken the time. I would actually give a ZERO star! I scheduled only an oil change with RockyMountainDiesel over a year ago. I had an actual scheduled appointment. I arrived on time and it took a mechanic 45 minutes to even come get my car. I waited the entire time in their lobby so I did see him come get it. I did not like the fact I could not see anything they were doing since they have a garage that does not have access to the lobby (no window). I had asked the receptionist to ask whoever was doing the service if they could check my tire pressure because the notification kept alerting me. I also asked that they check all fluids in my vehicle, which actually they should do anyway with an oil change. Well after being in there for an hour and a half, I get the receipt(there was no explanation noted of what was done, like other oil change businesses do), I paid the bill. After driving home, my tire pressure notification came on again. Thinking they checked the tires I reset it. A week later I kept getting a notification about my coolant/antifreeze. (it was winter and cold outside and my car wasn't registering enough antifreeze)I had my husband check and the coolant/antifreeze reservoir was almost empty! I'm not even sure they changed the oil and filter! Needless to say, I am not happy with the service I received and will not go back! I had read great reviews and trusted they knew what they were doing. I keep receiving their flyers stating "FASTEST SHOP IN TOWN-NO ONE LIKES A SLOW SHOP" HAH, well to me this shop is not efficient or quick! I have never received an oil change that took that long! Stop sending me your bogus flyers!!!

They were awesome the customer service was great they got the parts for my truck super quick and fixed my truck super quick and they even went above and beyond and told me that my belt needed to be replaced awesome service definitely will go back there again

This shop was great to work with they kept me updated on the progress every step of the way. Finding a good shop for diesels is tough. Highly recommend the team at Ricky Mountain!

Great people! Had a car that was having some issues and took it into this place and they told me I had some serious engine damage. Instead of trying to get any money out of me they recommended me taking it into the dealership and see what they could do under warranty. Luckily I listened because engine needed replaced and it is all covered under warranty. I’ll use Rocky Mountain for all car needs.

This is my first time coming to Rocky Mountain but I can say with all certainty that they have a new customer for life. I brought my car in for rear breaks and rotors and they offered exceptional service from the beginning to the very end. Everyone here is kind, greets you with a smile, and communicate everything clearly. I was also impressed by how clean the waiting area was, not like other shops where everything is dirty and unkept. The prices were great and honest. Highly recommend!
