While my PA is awesome and she put through my medication on March 11, 2024, I called my PA on Wednesday, March 20, 2024 to ask why I had not received an update on the delivery. Please note that Wednesday is important. The PA's office called and the pharmacy said they had my Rx but there had been an "error" in their system to it wasn't processed. The PA had to ask that it be put at the top of the que to get it filled and shipped. I looked at my FedEx app that evening and it said the label was created at 5:12 p.m. but no pick up by FedEx. Special delivery noted: Deliver Weekday. Mind you, I'm already a week behind on my meds due to their "error". It gets better. They don't ship on Thursdays or Fridays. WTH?! They are open Monday - Friday but only ship on Monday - Wednesday? Something is seriously wrong here. I'm asking my PA to find a different compounding pharmacy. This is 100% totally unacceptable. I'll get my meds on March 27, 2 days shy of being two weeks without them.

My doctor sent my Rx here because his colleague likes the pharmacy. I called at five minutes to close and the Pharm Tech than answered took his time and explained everything to me, answered my questions and even made sure the phone wouldn't disconnect at their 5 pm cut-off.I'm now armed with so much info and feel like they're going to be great for my insomnia meds. Very grateful!

Well if you need a prescription and they tell you it will be delivered within two days that could also mean 7 days later. Called and tried to work through options and the pharmacist said there was nothing they can do. Worse part was they told me after multiple false timelines that it would arrive Saturday. Just got confirmation it will be two more days. So if you depend on your meds daily or within a half a week don’t count on redrock.

Terrible. I had my appointment. I waited for my prescription which never arrived. I have emailed my provider without response. I called the pharmacy and they had no record of my prescription being sent. I had a follow up to discuss and my provider did not arrive for the appt. There is limited ability to contact the company. Avoid. Will research who I am able to report this fraudulent company to.

These guys would get a 5 star but some of the staff is terrible. Past that the billing person is kind and one of the pharmacists. Techs have caused my family to wait on meds to be sent the shipping dept had missed sending scripts out correctly. I’ll be personally only giving them one last chance this week if not handled right this will be changed to a 1 star and I’ll be done. Honestly this pharmacy has a lot of potential and is way better than Walgreens. I only use them for mail ordered medications so I’m store I have no idea how they are.

Don't expect much from their customer service. Great products but no genuine interest in their customers.Deliveries are often late. Responses to phone and email concerns are inadequate.

Poor customer service!I have used their app to request a refill of my prescription 2 different times now, and I have never seen the refills, heard anything about the refills, or anything else.If I had a way to review your services you would get negative stars from me.

I am so grateful for them. They deliver my medications on time and correctly. They also do compound medications... and with the best cost around.

They did get my prescription to me and it was ready when they said it would be. What I didn't like was the fact that if I wanted it mailed to me then it would be on auto shipment. I said I would come pick it up and was told that was fine. The directions were awful! There is no sign indicating you are in the right place or building. When I finally found it the staff seemed super offended that I came in to pick it up. There is no "pick up" desk or place and then when I was given my prescription I was told to walk over to an employee's desk (which was just one of MANY cubicles all smashed together) and give her my card information. There was nowhere to sit and feel like my information was treated with safety or privacy I was just standing in the middle of a cubicle clump with other employees just staring at me. SOOO uncomfortable! After all that, I was billed the next month anyway saying I was put on auto-ship and had to go through a process to get that taken off and refunded.

The pharmacist Bob is amazing! I've never dealt with a kinder and more caring pharmacist. His team is great as well. You should definitely try them l them!

Unreliable for correct & on time delivery. Don't risk your loved ones greatly needed prescriptions in their care.

I have had a great experience with Red Rock Pharmacy. I started taking Semiglutide 4 weeks ago and I have seen great results. I have lost 12 pounds total. The first week I didn’t notice much of a difference as my body was getting used to the change. By the beginning of the second week my appetite had decreased fully. I have suggested this to many friends/family. Red Rock has been helping me achieve my goals. With the shipping directly to my home this has been so easy.
