The battery in my key fob was dead. I was parked at the library and my car wasn't starting. I was able to walk to Napa from the library. I was immediately greeted when I walked in and they asked what she could help me with. I told her I needed a battery but I wasn't sure which kind. They opened up my key fob since I wasn't sure how to do it. They had the battery I needed in stock. They put the new battery in for me. The price was very reasonable. I was expecting to pay way more. I would definitely come back here.

Needed my battery replaced and was planning on just buying it here and taking it someplace else to get it put in, but they offered to put my battery in for free! The extra surprise service blew my mind, and I was, and still am very grateful!
