“The best thing about this store imo is that if you get a screen protector, they’ll replace it for only $10 when it eventually cracks. Of course, you can buy screen protectors on Amazon for less, but if you get it through this place, they’ll put them on for you—and I’d rather have a pro put it on than do it myself. They do an excellent job.This is one of the best phone repair stores I’ve been to, easily. They always seem to have a deal and they even have their own designed cases and chargers (and they work well and look nice).”

“Tyler was very friendly and outgoing at the payson, UT store. I came into the store too upgrade my IPhone 14 too a IPhone 15promax. He was very helpful when it came to set up my new phone. I did not know you could transfer your data to your new phone and it’ll look exactly like the old one on screen. He made the effort to tell me about different promotional option I had to lower my bill every month, which was GREAT, I appreciate that!! Tyler also informed me I was eligible to buy accessories with an installment plan, which I never knew was possible. I took advantage of the option and got me new AirPod Pros. Tyler made me feel comfortable like we’ve been friends for years. I’m so glad I came to the Payson, UT for an upgrade. Tyler made it an easy and fast process. I just came too upgrade my phone but I left with much more. Thank you Tyler for the customer service. Definitely a 10/10. I will be coming back to this store for my future needs.”

“I have been an ATT customer for some time now and I recently needed help with my wireless account. I went to a couple ATT stores closer to home and didn't receive the best help and kept getting different answers. At one point I was told "that is just the way things are" about a specific question I had asked even though I knew that to not be true. Generally the staff in smaller stores have seemed unsure how to approach the situation I was in. I gave this store a try and received the best customer support I have had. Donny is the man! He is very competent in answering any questions I had, he is friendly and he was sure to see that I was taken care of.”
