“Great service! I’ve never had my screen replaced outside of Apple care so I was skeptical at first. Woah did they outdo my expectations! The screen looks better than it ever did before it was cracked. Everything’s fully functional now, even the camera (which I thought was shattered). It only took two hours for them to fix the screen which was very impressive. I thought it would at least take a day or two.
Super friendly employees. Joshua really helped me find exactly what I needed and was very nice. I would recommend this place to anyone. I’ll definitely be coming back soon”

Had an awesome experience, and I will be returning next time I need help. Brandon's the man!”

“They did pretty good informing us about the plans and all the paperwork required. The only reason I'm giving them 4 stars is 'cause they don't know about the specs. Of the phones they have for sale. Plus non of that information is visible to the client so you can compare. You have to look it up yourself. Besides that the service is pretty good.”

“I so appreciate working with the BYU cell phone office for our personal cellphone lines. It seemed like any time I had to call our previous carrier about our service before I would be on the phone for at least an hour until the problem was resolved. The BYU office always takes care of things so quickly!!! In addition to the amazing customer service, our phone bill is half of what it used to be!”

“I've been a customer for about 10 years now but was having issues upgrading my phone plan online. I was advised to go to my nearest store (which I have never done before) and I am glad I did. Maggie was extremely helpful and accommodating in getting my issue resolved. She went over the different plans, promotions and upgrades available for me without being pushy or selling me anything I didn't want. I was very pleased with my experience and will be returning to this location in the future for the excellent service as well as the wide selection of available merchandise store.”
