“I came in needing a tux for a photoshoot the following day! Layna fitted me in 10 minutes, and an hour later it was steamed and ready for me to pickup! The service here is amazing! The owner and Layna were so pleasant and professional! It was a big ask for such a last minute gig, but they accommodated me, even in the height of prom season! Garth was so patient with us and walked us through every step. And he’s such an amazing storyteller. Ask him about his travels abroad and you’ll understand. Garth will make you feel like a million bucks as soon as you walk out of the dressing room.”

I wish the store was bigger cause its so packed with how tiny it is and even more so when there are people there and they are always at least a few people if not then there are a ton of people making a tight squeeze or having to wait to see things. I also wish there was more of a selection of products, especially in the plus sizes. Other than those few things, I love it here and the product they sell and is one of my go to places for fun, unique, cute, and fandom type clothing, accessories, and much more!”

“OLD Navy is right. Every time I come here I am amazing at how much dust there is. I'll post the pictures of the dusty clothes. Great waiting area for trying on clothes. They even have chargers. Since things are really cheep others are not. Sales can Old Navy can suck you in.”
“Box Lunch has amazing customer service and a great selection of products/gifts to choose from! They have something for literally everyone on my list for Christmas and every time I go in I am greeted with a smile without fail. I signed up with my email and got $5 to spend on anything (no min purchase required) which was such a sweet surprise! We ended up getting a $5 item and only had to pay tax!! I would definitely recommend Box Lunch and love visiting as often as I can.”

“I have been in to this location a few times and have had an amazing experience. Even bought my favorite hat here, but I will only go in now if Shelby or Morgan are working. I don't know if management has changed or what has happened, but when I went in last Friday to look for some new riding boots I was completely ignored. I had $500 burning a hole in my pocket and not so much as a glance in my direction. The last time I was in Morgan helped me find my hat (still love it!) and made sure it was a great fit, this time, ignored. I am giving this location 5 stars because of Morgan and Shelby, otherwise I would have to go with 2 or maybe 3. Customer service matters. If you decide to shop here, you know who to ask for. Products are great quality, customer service could use some help.”
“I went in today to exchange a pair of shoes for a different size. While there, I decided to try on some jeans. Lacey took such good care of me! She was so professional, but also very personable and easy to talk to. She gave suggestions of the style of jeans I wanted and never made me feel pressured. I ended up not getting anything today, however; I will be back and hope to work with her again when I do. Thanks for the pleasant experience!”
“needed to return a dress that was too itchy to wear, I had the receipt and the tags but they weren't attached. they said their policy was returns only with tags attached but the girl helping me asked her supervisor and they gave me a one time exception because I had the tags and they just told me next time to have them attached, great service thanks for understanding guys!”
