Poor customer service. Poor communication, and questionable ethics.
Had a simple but big repair, that needed to be done which took 3 weeks to be done. Because they ordered half of the parts incorrectly that were needed for the job. But at least they were able to do half of the job for me in the moment. Then as I waited for the parts to come in I was reinsured that I could drive the car. the car started veering to the right. When I noticed this I quickly reported that this was happening. Sheldon one of the technicians reassured me by saying "That it was because they needed to finish the job. And the veering to the right will resolve itself once the other parts come in. And after that it will resolve itself after the job is finished".
Then finally parts come in. And they finished the job. But after they did the job. My car was still having issues with veering to the right. Which I had never had an issue before I took my car to their shop. Which I told them about this issue again.
Load and behold out of nowhere. Sheldon then told me I was lying to them about the situation. That he said that I never said that to him. So it was my word against the technician Sheldon. But He was the one who gave me the reassurance that The issue will resolve itself once the job is finished. Jeff was really nice and helpful and told the team to reevaluate. But Jeff had to leave.
Sheldon comes back out claimed that they wanted to do even more work, than what I originally went there to fix. In order to fix my car from continually veering to the right. That was never needed to be done in the first place, but he insisted that it was needed to be done. Which they wanted to charge me over $1,000 for another job.
That left me in over my head, because I never had this issue before I took my car to their shop. Plus it was a huge major job that I didn't have the money for of course. So then I was so frustrated. I asked around and I am so glad I did. Because I was told to take my car to a different shop, and explain my situation to them. And the new shop took care of everything to help investigate what the actual problem was.
In conclusion of this nightmare of a situation that Johnson put me through. With the new shop after they did a real investigation of the situation. I avoided a huge bill for a job and a part that never needed to be fixed in the first place by Johnson tire pros. And all I needed was a simple re-tire alignment at a different shop to be fixed. And now my car runs smoothly and does not veer to the right anymore.
Mainly because of either errors or an improper tire alignment that the Johnson Tire Pros did or being unethical and wanted more out of my pocket! Then they tried to blame me for the situation to cover up their mistakes. Where i would not entrust my vehicle with them ever again just because of the situation that Johnson Tire Pros put me through.
Moving forward
If Johnson wants to improve their field of work. Or don't want other customers to go through what I went through. Then they should do a thorough investigation of their technicians. Because no one deserves to go through what I have been through with your shop.

When I was 16, I just got a car and went in to get an oil change at Jhonson Tire. I told them I was going on a 4 hour trip and asked if they could also give me a quick inspection. 15 minutes later, a bald guy in his late 30s told me it was bad news and that I needed to delay my trip. He said my timing belt was cracked. On top of that, it was going to take 2 weeks and 900 dollars to replace it. I delayed my trip a day to see if I could fix it myself. I couldn't find anything so I just went for it. I got my buddy's dad to look at my belt and low and behold; the previous owner had replaced it about 5000 miles back. My buddys dad said the screws to take the cover off were just as crusty as when I got it. Meaning they didn't even take the cover off to look at the belt!

Took my Toyota Tundra to Johnson tire it needed a new starter. I trust them more than anyone. As usual they did a great job charged me on the labor hrs needed Not the book quote hrs Brent Brown would have charged. Very Fair and excellent service. Go to Johnsons ??

We bought a new vehicle and the dealership “upgraded” the wheels and tires. It has never been a smooth ride despite having the tires balanced and wheels aligned. The dealership even said they couldn’t get the alignment right for some reason. We finally gave up on the dealership and went to Johnson’s. They worked their magic and it now feels like we are floating when we drive! I am amazed at what a difference it has made and am grateful for the wonderful service we received. Even better, the team was honest and the prices were great. You can’t go wrong when you go to Johnson’s!
