“I am so impressed with the Spanish Fork Downeast location. While I was there the associate took time to help me find the dress, even the right size when she thought something looked too big. And what I lived even more was how she helped me out with my 4 year old son. She let him do things with her and he was so happy for someone to pay that much attention to him. “I have been needing to get my massage table reupholstered. I looked into a few places and they were either way expensive and booked out weeks in advance or didn’t even respond back to me. Red Fox was quick to respond, so friendly and at a great price. I knew they were the right choice. They were so easy to work with, they really listened to what I wanted and gave me different fabric options. They said it would take 2 days but it was done in 1! Im so glad I went with them. “I'm leaving this review for one reason only. My sales guy was amazing. I believe his name was Alan. I was in a hurry and needed an office desk. I was not the most tactful given my circumstances but Alan was not rattled by my direct and curt approach. He didn't try to hard sell me or push me in one direction or another. He simply tried to understand my needs and guided me through the process. Pretty unusual from my experience. Keep that guy! I'll go back to RC just from his sales approach and customer service (calling the warehouse to let them know I was coming).”

They provide excellent customer service, and carefully walked me through the ordering process when I chose my custom (gnarly wood finish) sleeper sofa.The sofa was packed carefully and shipped in lightening fast time. It arrived and instantly transformed the space into a real cabin / lodge feel room, with our wood paneling and fireplace.We slept on the high quality mattress within a day or two of delivery, and my husband and I both got a fantastic night's rest. It's so comfortable! We will not hesitate to have guests over to stay with such a comfortable mattress available to them.I cannot recommend Rustic Log Furniture of Utah highly enough. “Best storage facility in Provo. It is right next to the center street exit to I-15. We had a storage unit here for 5 months and loved using their services. Management is the best and the guy at the front desk is awesome and super helpful. I called a few weeks ago to ask about vacating the unit and when I showed up two weeks later he had everything already printed off ready for me to sign. Talk about superior customer service. Love this place and will rent here again.”

It's hit and miss, but has a fast turnover, so keep going back if you're looking for something specific. If the don't have it on Thursday, it could be there by Monday.”
