Last year we printed a banner for our YouTube channel background and were very pleased with the entire service experience: speed, quality, price. We decided to change out our background and give ourselves a couple of options while recording our YouTube videos, so we visited the store once again. The special in-store price was still available, so we ordered two banners. They were printed quickly (in two business days) and on a canvas of higher quality than the paper they used last year. What a pleasant surprise. We are so pleased and excited to have these. Also, it was so convenient having the store in Walmart while we were there doing other shopping as well. We will certainly plan to visit again in the future.

Fantastic experience! The lady that helped me was from Arkansas, I wish I would have caught her name, she is the epitome of excellent customer service! It’s rare to meet someone as kind and professional as her thank you for the great experience if only there were more people like her out there! My drop off experience was so quick and made my day better! You can’t say that about most errands!

Deb at the Springville Walmart office went above and beyond to help me with my service that I needed rushed. She called other fedex stores to see if they could help me even if her fedex store was too busy. She also let me handle payment and ordering through her, rather than transferring me to the American Fork store. Super impressed and very pleased with the service and that I was able to get my prints when I needed them. Thank you!

First timer here, had a great experience! I sold something online and needed to print a shipping label (rather than buy a printer and ink I searched online for a local place that would print this for me). I found this location, thought I would try doing it online but it said I wouldn’t be able to pickup for 3 hours so I figured I would just go into the store and ask. I walked in, was the only customer, Mitch was working and greeted me right away (thank you for that Mitch!). Nothing more uncomfortable than walking in somewhere and not being greeted even if places are busy, a simple “I’ll be right with you” is always appreciated... anyway, I asked him if they could print it, he helped me right away, he provided great customer service. I had asked questions about other services they offer and he was very knowledgeable. I really appreciate the service and prices here, I’ll definitely be returning and would recommend!

WARNING: These idiots send back your package after 5 days. If you don't get it by then, too bad! They'll call you to tell you that your package has arrived but then before they send it back they don't call you!

They should really have personnel present or have an outside drop box if they are going to close during hours that they are scheduled to be open. I love the convenience of the location but not when they are randomly not open.

Located inside of Walmart, along the shops in the front near the registers. Fast service, few people know where it is so there isn't ever a line.
