Excellent service, great experience. They helped me find a gun that fit my needs in the price range I gave them. Then right after I bought it the guy helping me took me back to the range and let me shoot some practice rounds. 10/10 would recommend.

This is a nice gun store and range. The staff members are friendly. I was especially impressed with Kevin by his professionalism and knowledge. I used the range with a friend and found it to be a great place to shoot and sight-in new rifles. I recommend visiting this store and range. It is a little off the beaten path, but I kinda-like the privacy, and not hard to find.

I had left a negative review years ago. Complaining about an employee that they had, and his rude political rants/opinions. And I hadn't been back since. Well I went back yesterday, as they had the cheapest price on something I wanted to order. Dealt with the owner of the place and it was very pleasant. As a matter of fact, all my interactions had been pleasant except for ones with the bad employee. My old review came up in conversation. Turns out, that employee hadn't worked there for years at the time I had dealt with him. His spouse did, and apparently he likes to go behind the counter and act like he still belongs or something. Maybe an ego thing, who knows. The owner assured me that he doesn't work there, and hasn't for a very long time (around 10 years). So I am writing this review to retract my previous one, as I am unable to remove it for some reason. I just hope that the person I had a bad experience with, no longer hangs out behind the counter and misrepresents a good business.I will definitely be purchasing from them in the future.

Overall a good store. It's well known in the gun community as Range Masters as that was the name prior to changing itThe indoor gun range is sufficient. It's a bit dark and dated, but it does the job and provides the ability to do various different types of shoots.Offers classes and fun shoots twice a month.The only recommendation I would have for this store, is to lower your pricing so you're competitive with other gun stores and indoor ranges. (this was the problem most people had when it was called Range Masters) So to. it "Discount Guns and Ammo" is a bit misleading because pretty much everything is priced hire than other gun stores around.Other than that, a good option to check out if you're around!

Everyone there was super friendly but holy cow!!! Are they price gouging! I paid $60 for 100 rounds of 9mm while I paid less than half that at Cabela’s the other day.

Seem to have a semi good selection of supplies and definitely one on one service, but only for the one guy he wanted to help. Totally ignored us when we walked in and the couple of times he walked by us, had to stop him after 5 minutes to ask a question. Definitely didn't want to support his business by then.

The store is super cheep and affordable. Employees are really nice and cooperative. The store is very organized and tons of room. Lots of verity of guns, ammo, reloading, custom signs and targets. Love this place and will be doing business alot there. I rate this store Five stars.

Better service than I’ve had at any other gun store in the valley! I was very impressed by the one-on-one service, knowledgeable staff, and staff going out of their way to help me find exactly what I wanted within my budget… I will recommend this place to everyone I know!

I went in about three weeks ago as a first-time gun buyer. There were to men working and they were both helping other people, so I waited and looked around the store. I started looking in the display cases a little bit and noticed they had a very meager selection of firearms. Finally, one of them asked “need somethin’?” I asked a few questions about available guns (I was looking for the P365, which they didn’t have), any suggestions, only got one or two word answers, by and large felt more like a nuisance to them than a customer, and left the store without purchasing anything and with no intentions of ever returning. Really disappointed. Customer service isn’t there.

Walked in, one guy behind the counter, he's on the phone the whole time. I find some powder I want to buy, but would like to ask some questions about optics. After awhile I realize I'm not very important so I put the powder on the shelf and walk out.These guys have a store room full of cheap Chinese parts that would maybe be ok for the air soft crowd. I'd recommend not wasting your time stopping in.

I dropped my gun off to be repaired about 4 months before my hunt. It's about a month into my hunt and I am still waiting for my gun. I call often and only one guy knows about my gun and he keeps telling me he will call or text me back and never does. Customer service is the worst. Some of them seem like nice people but there is more to service than being nice. Some of the staff on the phone are belittling and rude. I will not take my guns here ever again. Still waiting for my gun!

I was here 04/24/17, i've been to ranges in almost 10 states in USA so far, this is the first range i wanted to give 5 star rating, as the business name says discount they really are way cheaper than other ranges i've been to.i shot around 6 handguns and around 3 50 round 9mms and 2 boxes of 45 ACP, in which 1911, Glocks were outstanding, cant go really bad with Sigs too! But all i had to say is i spent 65$ for all of it for so much fun! I definitely recommend this place to all, personally i am from Illinois went for vacation to Utah and found this place, Kevin is the guy over the counter who was very nice in helping out. Dont bother the older reviews, initially i was having biased feeling about the store but not anymore.!

One star because there is no option for zero stars. I have given this particular shop lots of business in ammo and gun purchases, but I will never go back to this shop EVER again. Their service is never prompt, I wait to talk with someone EVERY time I go in and I waited 3 MONTHS for a gun repair, that they never did! I ended up just taking the gun back without being it repaired and they it seemed like they never even touched my gun the entire 3 MONTHS! Go to Gunnies, ReadyGunner or Get Some Guns and Ammo in Orem, much better service and the ranges are infinitely better than theirs.

Its a great place to learn about guns and shoot and have fun. The only issue is when it's busy they don't do to well to acknowledge those who are waiting. I wasn't sure where to go when I went in the 2nd time to shoot since they were a bit busy. But when they were free they made it pretty painless. It's a pretty good price to shoot with some friends especially if you have your own gun
