Great place when looking for used items at discount prices. Clean store with friendly staff. New items being added daily from donations from random people. You never know what treasures you'll find. All sales final so inspect the items well before purchasing.

I’ve been shopping at the DI for a long time and over the last few years the resellers have completely dominated the stores. There is a big line first thing in the morning and as soon as they open up people are literally running in like it’s Black Friday, running from one end of the store to the other trying to grab anything they can to take home and resell it online. I don’t want my shopping experience to be a battle. I’ve seen big groups of people across multiple stores who will hangout in the store waiting for them to roll out new items. When they do they all swarm the cart like hungry animals at feeding time. I’m not exaggerating either, it’s gotten that bad. I’m all for people hustling but not when it turns them into nut jobs willing to push their cart in front of you so they can snatch what you’re looking at. They need to figure out a way to tame these people and give a better shopping experience to everyone instead of being the battle ground thrift shop.

Nice DI. The cash register configuration is different than the others. It seems good so far. The store is fairly clean. I noticed a lot of broken glass under the cabinets where the framed art is. But other than that it was clean. I look forward to saving money and finding many treasures here!

It is a good place to find decoration and clothes, you just have to look very carefully in the clothes to find good things, it is a good place to not spend so much money ?

Today I had a really bad experience in this Springville location with one of the workers, because my autistic child loves to pick and choose dvd movies but an employee had a problem with him looking around and was racist towards him and was signaling to me that she didn’t want him there. I talked with the manager and he did nothing about it. If they don’t want children with special needs in the store they should put up a sign that says “not autistic children allowed” I don’t recommend this location due to that rude employee to my autistic child

Dont EVER shop here!! They intentionally sell broken items and then will never give you a return on your money. So they get everything they sell for free, but scam people into buying broken items and taking their money. LDS is a CULT

Love the place, but we had a really bad experience just now. My grandmother and I found a beautiful, colorful horse statue that we were very excited to purchase. We left it in the back in the case (the associate put the sold sticker on it) and we continued to shop. Once we were ready to buy it, I went back to the case and told the associate there that I was going to the register to purchase the item (I literally saw it in the case at this point). After purchasing the statue, I went back to the case to grab it, only to find that within the THREE MINUTES I had gone between the register and the case THE ASSOCIATE IN THE BACK GAVE IT TO SOMEONE ELSE!!! apparently two other customers were sitting waiting for it once we had left to purchase it, and the moment we were gone they were given it immediately. When we confronted him about it, he huffed and said we should’ve been quicker, and was very unkind. The manager was sweet and refunded us $5 extra, and another female employee was extremely kind and apologetic in helping us figure everything out, but the whole situation left a bad taste in my mouth and was very unpleasant. Unfair practice and poor communication, BAD VIBES!!! Won’t be returning and be careful when purchasing items in the case. Ugh.
