I went to get gas there on Monday and the reservoirs to wash the Windows were empty. I went to buy gas today Wednesday and they were still empty. I really needed to wash my Windows. I would think there would be a checklist for employees to check that daily. The drought is over so there is no shortage of water. Very frustrating

Went to this place specifically because it offered a carwash with gas purchase. Conveniently the pump didn't print it. I went inside to an empty cash register, I had to go searching in the back room for the employee. She said this had been happening a lot when you push the button it doesn't give you a wash. Sorry. I asked if there wasn't a credit or something they could do to get me the wash to which I wastold no, sorry. What a scam. I will never pay for this more expensive gas that gives you no benefits again. I'll go someplace honest

Terrible employees. The old woman slammed the door in my face and blamed me saying I told her the wrong pump when I didnt. Talking bad about me to other employees while I could still hear her. Even if I said the wrong pump ( which I didn't she just wasn't paying attention) I dont understand why you would treat a customer like that. I will never go back thats for sure.

I'm contacting the labor commission today at 8am. Chevron is with holding my check because they didn't send my paperwork in I gave them November 1st. It's now the 27th. If you have rent and other bills I wouldn't work for this company. ?

Everytime I go here there is a 20% chance of finding a working pump. Like it's a gas station and most of the time the pumps don't work at all, or they will randomly shutoff, and honestly it is not worth it to go here for convenience when there are cheaper options down the street.

This Chevron is a local favorite for us, having the McDonald's connected it's just the cherry on top as they say great idea. Also the location on the border of Springville and Provo so on the way into Springville and on the way coming back for all that live in Provo it's convenient that way too.
