“We had our alternator blow on us when we were on our way to California. The staff went above and beyond to help us, even allowed us to fix it there since the car was dead and we were from out of state.. Steve is so nice, knowledgeable as well as kind. He went out of his way to help us out, and honestly despite the situation, he continued to help us come up with ideas, and we eventually got it switched. The entire staff was like that. They are an absolutely amazing team and we will most definitely be back!”

“Was everything it said it was and was high quality for the price cannot beat this kit and you will not be sorry that you bought it currently installing it rn can give update once drive able to see how it handles but other then that it’s direct replacement and the lower ball joints come pre pressed in only thing needing pressed so far is the upper control arm bushing! So very simple and easy harbor freight sells a really cheap hydraulic press”
“I went in four a faulty knock sensor. If this happens to the truck it will progressively go through the steps to protectively shut it self off. At first I thought I had a bad DPF filter because all the symptoms were there on the dashboard (with the dpf lights)and it would not regen (parked or highway). The diagnostic that was done at rush by Andrew and co. was indeed this faulty sensor.I hung out in the lounge for a little bit across the way, and let those guys go to work. I highly recommend them. They are straightforward and honest and and I would go here again. I know my company appreciated their work as I did. They’re easy to find in Springfield right down the street from the loves. If you drive in international this is the dealer around here or you want!Joe Lang/ Schuster co.”
“This is a wonderful place, they will help with anything. I had a battery that I thought was bad, so they tested it, and charged it for me. Found out it was a good battery but wouldn't take a charge. So they replaced the battery for free(under warranty) and my car starts up like a beauty! Great service and parts.”
“A fine store if helping yourself. When I asked for an air filter, they looked it up, verbally told me the part number and pointed to the general area of the store to go look for it.
I went across the street to O'Reilly where they cheerfully got the filter for me without me asking them to. That's normal.
Parts stores deliver parts to mechanic shops all day long, and it seems odd to not be willing to offer the same level of service to someone standing there.
I would say based on this experience, O'Reilly will be my first choice and AutoZone as the alternative option.”

“We had not used Caliber Collision before. They were recommended by our insurance company for our car which was involved in an accident. From the moment we walked into the shop, we were impressed. We could see lots of awards for service excellence. Every person that we dealt with was top notch with not only good communication, but friendly and explaining the process completely. We received updates via text and understood that it would take longer than we had hoped, but that was not their fault. It was due to the lack of being to secure a headlight assembly. However, they were able to get one and the work was done a month early. We were so thrilled! The work that was done was the best we have experienced. They even vacuumed and cleaned our floor mats! Our car has not looked this good since we purchased it. Needless to say if we need more work done, we will be returning to Caliber Collision. Their prices were competitive.”
