My suit was stained by some liquids I had in my suitcase. So I took it to this place to be washed, but the man who works there lied to me saying he tried everything he could and used all the best chemicals to remove the stain, but unfortunately, he couldn’t get rid of it. He made me pay for it. But I didn't believe everything he told me. I went home, got some hand soap and a brush, in less than a minute the stain was gone. Why did this man lie to me? Why is he in business if he can't do things we pay him to do?
My suit is dried now, no stain at all! I drove 17 miles one way to get to you, do you think I will do that again?

I don’t get things dry cleaned very often but Allen’s is great! Fast, friendly, and affordable! I would definitely recommend bringing your clothing here.

Dropped a suit off Thursday night and needed it Saturday morning and dropped the ball trying to get it done so late. They were able to get it pressed and ready for me in excellent time

We use this dry cleaner for our company uniforms. They do an absolutely fantastic job. We even noticed recently that they repaired tears on the seams of our company jackets without even being asked to do that. In my opinion that is Wonderful customer service.They are also fast and reliable and a very good value!Service: Organic dry cleaning

A rental dress needed cleaned before it was returned. They had it cleaned faster than anyone else could even try, and it looks better than when we got it!

I was happy with my dress that got dry cleaned. The only thing that I thought was kind of inconvenient is that when I went in, they quoted me $14 and then the next day someone called me and left me a voicemail saying I was quoted wrong and it was actually $18 so they were not going to start on my dress until I called to confirm I was ok with the new price. I would think that if they made a mistake over appx. $4 they should have just taken care of it. I’ve worked in customer service about 8 years and am a local business owner so I feel that it should have just been taken care of and let the mistake go, but either way I was fine with the price. Sometimes something as simple as that makes someone not want to return.

I had two identical rayon dresses (same style, same fabric, different colors) but only one needed cleaning at the time. I am new to the area and saw that this Allen's dry cleaner was near my house and had a drive thru, so I stopped by. I handed over my dress and they told me the price was $20. That was much higher than I've ever paid and I was pretty surprised by the price, but i needed the dress cleaned so I went with it. When I got it back, I hung it by the other dress and was shocked to see it was now a good 4 inches shorter than before! The whole reason you dry clean rayon is to avoid shrinkage--and I paid a ridiculous amount for the privilege. A couple weeks later, I took the other dress to another dry cleaner (after taking the time to read reviews) and they were fantastic. The dress cost $13 to clean and it experienced no shrinkage at all. I have no idea what method Allen's is using, but something is not right. Not to mention, the prices are ridiculous. Don't recommend.

I stopped by just to purchase some dry cleaner bags to protect a few garments. Cleaners in my own town would not sell them! The girl at Allen's had no problem with selling me what I needed. She was very polite and I was quickly on my way. I will take my business to Allen's now! Thank you.
