Guy was rude to another customer. I was going to buy a few things but walked out. The gentleman came in and greeted the store associate and ask a simple question. The store associate was short, rude and basically didn’t even answer and he question kinda threw it back at the guy. All 5 of us walked out without buying anything.

Cesar and his crew performed a miracle. Several cotractors came to our home and told us all the concrete needed to be ripped out and we needed to start from scratch. When Cesar came he told us resurfacing what we had would be no problem. The crew used tools to remove the surface of our front steps, replace it and add stain and ithe items to make it beautiful. AND he wasn’t kidding, It is absolutely gorgeous. The price was excellent and the service top notch. They would be tipping over the top of any scale.

Airline lost our luggage so we stopped in and found exactly what we were after. Amber was great, gave us some great tips on the narrows and how to get a little bit peace and quiet in the canyon. Well worth a stop.

My feet were so sore after hiking Zion in a pair of old boots, I was desperate to find relief. Luckily, we stopped at Zion Outdoor, and the owner, Amber, was there to help. With her expert knowledge, extensive selection, and custom-built hiking incline, I quickly found a pair that allowed me to go on day-long hikes the rest of the week without any discomfort. Thank you, Amber!!!

Very cool store. We got great advice. I have problems with one foot and the sales clerk recommended the ideal shoe for me. We equipped ourselves for the rest of our vacation. The only downside: for the amount we spent, a small discount would have been cool. But we are super happy!!!

Though this is not a huge gear shop, we found what we were looking for and received excellent service. My wife needed a backpack for all the hiking we were going to do and the manager was very helpful, spending a lot of time answering questions, checking the fit, and even loading the pack with weight to let her check how it would feel under load. This was time well spent, as she thoroughly enjoyed the pack and found it quite comfortable on all our excursions and hikes over the following days. He also suggested hiking pants for our somewhat picky teenager, which the teen liked and wore throughout the rest of the trip. As for me, I was happy with the trekking poles he recommended.

They have a variety of items and have excellent customer service. The prices are reasonable so I recommend it for any hiking item you need.

Had to get some gloves quick for rappelling, the store had a good selection of gloves and plenty of sizes for us. We had to run back in an hour later after we realized our water bladder bags were missing the screw tops. There were several options and we received a discount from the guy working for earth day. He was very helpful and accommodating, really made us feel welcome!
