These guys are great. We rented 9 bikes at their zion Mtn Ranch location. They were super helpful in helping us get oriented on the trails. Bikes were great too. Would definitely reccomend!

Impressed, wobbly hub and the staff immediately knew the issue just by looking at the bike and fixed it in minutes. didnt overcharge and were very polite and informing.

GREAT experience! Bikes were in great shape, super easy to pick up, & we appreciated the safety video. Pedaling around Zion was a great workout & a great way to see the park. Also appreciated the flexibility of changing from a full to half-day rental based on travel plans. Highly recommend!

I paid $41 for a pair of waterproof shoes, socks and walking stick. This is $10 more than the market. They take pride in offering a premium product.I had a horrible experience and I don’t consider their product to be premium.Water was running inside my socks and shoes, making puddles and heavy to lift my legs. It also made my cold in feet. My shoe lace kept coming off multiple times despite double knotting it tightly.I hold them responsible for a horrible hiking experience of my lifetime.I strongly recommend Zion Outfitter to anyone looking to rent gear for The Narrows.Their socks have a snug fit and there’s Velcro strap over the shoe lace.

We booked six bike rentals ahead of time via their web site with specific sizes for each person and completed the waivers and other requested information online before arrival. The staff had all six bikes ready to go for us when we arrived, complete with helmets, bike locks, and had us test to make sure all the bikes were working properly before we took off biking for the day. The bikes were in excellent condition, the staff were all very friendly and easy to deal with, website worked great for booking, and pricing was aligned 100% with what we booked ahead of time. Excellent experience all around and easy to recommend if you are looking to rent bikes to ride in Zion.

Our time with the team at Zion Cycles and Zion Guide Hub in both Zion and Bryce Canyons was nothing short of spectacular! We had never been to Utah and experiencing Zion with Nick and Bryce with Jacob was the perfect combination. Both of them took the time to carefully create a wonderfully fun day that perfect for us physically and mentally - all the while showcasing the beauty around us. We need 10 stars for this rating - it was over the top for us. THANK YOU!!!

Nice shop, very friendly. They helped us out with a bike repair when we were traveling through and we bought some more stuff while here too. They had lots of E bikes and Amish bikes in stock.

Absolutely wonderful experience. Booking was super easy. Day of service was amazing. There were 6 of us including two kids, ages 6 and 9. Super fun time biking on the trails outside the park. Definitely recommend

If you want to rent a great bike in Zion, Zion cycles is the place to do it. This is a proper bike shop, not just a rental store, so the bikes are high quality, in great shape. And the staff knows their stuff. There were also super flexible with us. Couldn't be happier with the experience.

Superb rental, great bikes, amazing crew which is very, very friendly and helpful. Everything was prepared as agreed day earlier. There was no problem to swap bikes from MTB to gravel in the middle of a day (we did Mesa Wire in the morning and Zion Scenic Drive on afternoon). Highly recommend this rental! Thanks guys once more, it was a beautiful day!
