Bill was able to help us out during the labor day weekend and fixed our back tire. One of the lug nut bolts snapped clean off.
We got the parts needed at NAPA Auto Parts & he fixed it right up!

Bill is an absolute angel. Called and left a voicemail like others recommended explaining I was just passing through town and needed help replacing my spark plugs and ignition coil. He sent me to Napa auto parts and called them ahead to tell them what parts I needed. I ended up using a mechanic he works with who was closer to me and not going to him, but he was still incredibly helpful and more than willing to help me get fixed up and on my way. There’s a reason he has such great ratings and they seem to be well deserved.

Highly recommend bill!
He took our RV in on short notice (and on a Saturday). Our rental RVs water heater stopped working, bill fixed the issue, replaced the parts and gave us a detailed write up to hand onto the rental company.

Bill was great! Was having a squeaking in my brakes coming in to Zion. Called Bill and started leaving a message and he picked right up (greeting may say he's closed but leave a message anyway!). Bill was very kind to charge only $80 for an incredibly convenient service! His shop is right behind Springdale shuttle stop #8 -- super-convenient. Thank you Bill!

Bill Bassett is a pleasure to work with. My little travel trailer had water pressure issues. His rates were EXTREMELY reasonable and he explained what the issue was, how to avoid the problem in the future and what caused it. He also checked the travel trailer for other issues. I highly recommend him!

This repair shop is very small shop for sure.But the operator/ owner is very reliable and honest gentleman!!!I was expecting at least $300 bill but paid only $162.If you have any problem with your car or RV, I highly recommend to visit this repair shop!!!
