Terrible experience, rude and uncaring cashier. Does not want to tire herself out whatsoever and provide us with what is a benefit as a staying customer of the hotel. Sent an email to management about the experience, no response! Too bad because the hotel next door is amazing…avoid buying from there at all cost

Great customer service and awesome shop! Roger helped me purchase a water bottle I bought at his store last year (I lost my original) and he shipped it across the country. I put his complementary sticker on the back of my water bottle to remind me of his good service and generosity. We'll stop at Trailhead Gifts and Gear the next time we are in Zion for sure! ?

Cute gift shop just outside the gates of Zion. Lots of the same souvenirs you can get at the Zion Visitor center without the crowds or parking troubles. We bought an adorable large stuffed buffalo here after our visit to Zion. They also have a pressed penny machine! Recommended!

Great store, perfect location, walking distance from the entrance to the park (right by Zion outfitters). They have a great selection and their prices are fair. We got some souvenirs. Highly recommend

What a rip, but they got great stuff! It is in the middle of no where so it's expected. They have anything you can think of for souvenir and they have a great footwear selection.

Super store, lots of varieties of souvenirs. Nice staff. Located near Zion Park in Springdale. We went there twice on our visit to Zion/Springdale. They have all kinds of things like T-shirts, Christmas ornaments, magnets, clothing, jewelry, etc.

Great place to come get Gifts. Probably the best at Zion. I would just sat... as usual the gift shops are pricey. Be ready to spend at least 7$ on a sticker or pin.

Customer service is incredible. These days, who goes above and beyond your expectations to make sure you are happy with your purchase? Trailhead did for me! I don’t usually write reviews, but I was very impressed.

A great gift store from t-shirts, jewelry, stuffed animals, posters and a ton more. I bought a bunch of stuff and found the prices most reasonable. The store was bigger than expected and I was happy with their variety to choose from. Close to the Perks coffee shop. There is parking right in front of there store if you are purchasing from them.

Super cute shop. We purchased our souvenirs from here. They also have hiking gear incase you forgot to pack something. The staff was pleasant ;)
