“Through my experience, the staff throughout the Hope Ave locations are so kind and so helpful.I had fallen in love with a dress and unfortunately the location closest to me did not have my size. So I started my hunt calling different stores, but I stopped with this one. The manager of this location kindly offered to call around to find the size that I was searching for. “I have been in to this location a few times and have had an amazing experience. Even bought my favorite hat here, but I will only go in now if Shelby or Morgan are working. I don't know if management has changed or what has happened, but when I went in last Friday to look for some new riding boots I was completely ignored. I had $500 burning a hole in my pocket and not so much as a glance in my direction. The last time I was in Morgan helped me find my hat (still love it!) and made sure it was a great fit, this time, ignored. I am giving this location 5 stars because of Morgan and Shelby, otherwise I would have to go with 2 or maybe 3. Customer service matters. If you decide to shop here, you know who to ask for. Products are great quality, customer service could use some help.”
