Update: 8-10-2024
This is not the same car wash it once was. Took my truck in to get a hand wash, and they told me that their hose was broken and that the other hose they couldn't use. Left the truck because they said they could do inside but had to wait for maintenance to fix hose. Waiting til Monday to see. I believe I may look into switching all my subscriptions.
Inside looked amazing, they never got their hose fixed so just paid for the inside. I would have thought after paying 100.00 to do just the interior I wouldn't have to point out things. O well, maybe they are just having a tough week.
I have spoken with Brent on multiple occasions and he has always been a Fair person to deal with. My Wife and I both have had VIP passes for a while now and even sometimes pay for the upgrade to inside and out. Every customer service based business will have its little hickups but they have always been quick to fix the situation. I have also read some of the negative reviews left and find them comical. Love the convenience of their car wash!

Paid $30 for a car wash that did nothing. They gave a whole spiel about all the benefits of this wash and I swear it almost looks worse than when I came in. Here’s a photo 5 minutes after I just paid for the most expensive wash they have. I wish I could show the whole car and just how bad it looks.

The manager lady here has a bad attitude towards her employees and customers, it was really sad. I love seeing the employees though, especially for the past few months, this lovely girl, phantasy was it? She had a bright smile and talks so polite with patience no matter who it was. I hope she gets a raise or something worthy for her efforts of being so kind. Great job to the employees, keep it going!

Tried calling the location to ask some questions about interior cleaning and got forwarded to some corporate department that was ultimately unhelpful.
After I asked for clarification on something that they said because I didn’t understand what they meant, I detected a tone of sarcasm and annoyance before they pawned me off on somebody else by transferring me to a voicemail. I requested a callback in that voicemail and never got one.
I guess I’ll go get my vehicle detailed somewhere else. ??

Terrible experience with this company. I drove through for a wash in Feb and was given a sticker for unlimited washes that month. It was an extra $5. It turns out they signed me up for their monthly VIP service, which they did not tell me. When I started to get e-mails about payment, I contacted customer service. Jennifer, responded asking for all of my personal information, which I was not going to give. I just wanted to know what the cost and service was. The information she needed was provided in the original email. She never answers all the information that you ask for. I never got an answer on the cost. Finally, in June, I told her to activate the service and I used it a few times as different Wiggy Wash locations. I can tell you the quality of the cleaning varies a lot between sites. The employees on site are not trained or capable for customer service. Recently in July I went in for awash in SpanishFork. The the drive through didn't read my bar code, so they had to manually let me in. I go through the wash and a young woman comes out and tells me I must put the sticker on my window. Keep in mind, the young man that gave me the sticker originally told me to just hold it up to the window. I do not put stickers on my window because it is a distraction. I am particular about that. I was told that was their policy and they will cancel my account. So, I contacted Jennifer again at customer service. She tells me the same thing and go ahead and use the sticker until the end of the month. I told her in the email the sticker was taken from me. She really can not read well or has poor reading comprehension. So, I e-mailed her back and told her return the sticker or give me a full refund. I have never received a response since. This company does not care about customer service or how they add customer value. They area all about "protecting" themselves while treating customers like crap! I realize the customer care is probably done through Mammouth holdings. I understand policy, but I have one vehicle and they are willing to treat me rudely because I won't follow their policy. No customer trust as think you will pass around their sticker. BTW, I moved to this state recently. The car washes are twice as expensive, and half the quality, and terrible customer service compared to what I received in my former state. Wiggy Wash has D- rating from BBB, because they don't resolve customer issues. Imagine that. Next step, contact the CEO Brent Wignall, and Mammouth Holdings.

I'm not going to lie and say that the wash wasn't great, but their guide rail tore up the plastic shielding on the bottom of my car and made it so it drags on the ground. I just drive a regular sedan, nothing particularly low or modified.

Tesla owners: beware of this car wash. I have a 2024 Model Y that I recently purchased in April. I went through the car wash which resulted in my roof glass cracking. Wiggy wash ‘analyzed’ the footage and ‘data’ and came to the conclusion of not being their fault. I have dashcam footage of my commute and there’s no evidence of a rock or object hitting my car. The employee from the beginning told me they would not be responsible for the damage without looking at the footage. Also, my uberturbine wheels have been scratched as well. Please don’t go through this car wash if you’re a Tesla owner.

I had my car detailed there and they did a terrible job. When I asked for a refund for the bad service the manager Jared said he couldn't do that but he would comp me one of my monthly VIP payments, which he didn't do. Jared, how do you expect your customers to trust you when you lie to them? And how can you expect your employees to care about your customers when you don't? After the conversation we had I expected more from you. Very disappointed.

I had a horrible experience at this car wash!! They have THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! They cleaned my car ok but my passenger side mirror fell off inside the car wash. I didn’t notice at first so I had to go back and get it. When they brought it to me it had several cracks. I was in a rush to pick up my kids and they didn’t even offer to fix it. My husband had to leave work to pick up my kids while I dealt with the very unprofessional “manager” to file a claim. I asked for my car wash to be refunded for the time out of my day, my husband having to leave work, and just the overall hassle it was and they wouldn’t do that. Now I’ve just received an email that they won’t even fix my mirror. WORST customer service I have ever experienced!!! I will NEVER support them again!!

This is a great location! They care about the quality of work they offer and they're honest about how long a detail will take. I loved how open and sincere all the employees were. It's the best deal for a car detail I've found. Just be aware that the online booking doesn't currently work, and the phone calls do not go directly to the Spanish Fork location (this is something the headquarters should really fix). Coming to talk to them in person is the best way to set up an appointment.

So, I just have to shout this wonderful girl out. I come every Monday and Saturday, we don't have a lot of money but I live on a farm. She tried to sell me a pass but when I told her my situation she completely backed off and told me she completely understands. I saw her this morning and she already knew what wash I wanted. In my 3 years of coming to the Wiggy wash in Spanish fork, I have never met anyone as nice and as kind as her. She just knows how to talk to people. It was crazy especially last Saturday. I came in to come clean my car so I waited a bit, but I just see her running in between cars and almost getting hit by one and trying her best to help people and explain things the best way she can. Gosh I hope they pay her enough. Sitting outside for hours and helping back to back. Personally in my 6 years of customer service I could never deal with people yelling and throwing attitude at me like I heard some telling her. She finally got to me and she apologized, I felt terrible. I really hope you guys cherish this girl specifically. My friend also came in Saturday to get her car detail and she also helped her. She definitely deserves a raise or SOMETHING. Every since she started working there she just so bubbly and energetic every morning. How many people can say they are a morning person(not very many). My husband and I adore her. I wish they had more people like her. At one point I was short 3 dollars and she helped paid for us. As embarrassing as it was, I was so grateful. You cant find many young people willing to do that. Please don't get her in trouble. I can go on and on about her. I believe my Mom also ran into her twice and my mother is hard of hearing, my mother told me she was so patient and slowly explained all the washes they had and which one was good. I finally learned how to leave a review(thanks to my son). I believe her name is Fantasy or Fancy. I didn't quite hear it when I asked. But if you are an owner and reading this, please give her many recognition. I've been in her shoes in customer service and know how hard it can be. She's just really sweet that's all and I can just tell the customers here in Wiggy wash can be a little entitled and greedy. Other than that she the only person I've really only encountered besides the guy who works in the tunnel.
The car wash it self gets the mud marks off my truck(I have a Chevy) and that's just the simple 10 dollar one :) 10/10 happy trooper.

These guys at the Wiggy Wash are so great! I got the full service done and they cleaned out my entire car and made it look pretty again! I didn’t even recognize it when I walked out! It was so clean!

Worst customer service ever - worse than Comcast. Sad there aren't zero stars. Trying to get anyone to talk to on the phone is IMPOSSIBLE! Five calls, average of ~20 min wait time every time, and NEVER spoke to a soul. They discounted a car wash for my 94 y.o. mom, and unbeknownst to her signed her up for a membership, charged her nearly $200 for one car wash, and wont fix the error. Go anywhere but WIGGY WASH to clean your car. Can't wait to hear the reply from WIGGY'S full-time, one-star response writer on this. WIGGY takes no accountability for anything. Especially the their customer support call line.
