“I was due for tires but was waiting to get the full life out of all of them; unfortunately I ended up cutting one on the freeway and limped in to SF. Kekia notice me changing to the spare in their parking lot and offered to help me, even though they would not be open for another 30 minutes. Unable to repair the flat he setup an appointment and got tires set aside for when I was able to return from pressing errands. Jakota got my tires swapped out quick and I was back on my way.

“Techs are friendly and responsive to the questions asked. They provide the information that is asked for.
As for the 1 star reviews I have waited for other pharmacies much longer than 30 minutes. There are so many rules and regulations that need to be followed in that place and they are mostly set by other entities. I'm sure they have a costco protocol of expectations. Then the doctors notes/ permissions or communication they HAVE to have then follow. Then the insurance expectations and policies. And to top it off local law and federal regulations that NEED to be followed at the cost of overriding the others. It's crazy to think they can read minds and know what your wanting when it's outside of what normaly happenes. Also I'm willing to bet for every compliment and 1 star there is equally if not more people doing the opposite. So keep things into perspective ...”
