Just bought a bike for my kid. It's the only one they had. Looks like it came out of a storage shed. Asked the manager if they could clean it up or discount it. All he had to say was, " You can clean it up." That's some great service.... don't know why people don't care to help you out anymore. I have noticed that the Spanish Fork store has some of the worst customer service. Has been that way for years.

I was shopping Saturday night and the store was bustling with workers unloading and reshelving. First, I asked for help from Dylan and he stopped what he was doing to find an item for me. Then, in the cookie aisle I obviously looked confused so Hector asked me if I needed help. Hector helped me locate the item on the top waiting to be shelved. The guy was so friendly and helpful! Please keep up the great hiring! I hope Dylan and Hector receive the recognition they deserve!

Nice big Walmart with lots of options. Ther gluten free section is huge. All the staff I've interacted with are extremely helpful and happy.

This is a big Walmart must like every other one. I had a terrible experience at the deli yesterday though. Waited for about ten to fifteen minutes and not one employee came to serve us. The door to the fridge was open and it was in the middle of the day so I know they were open. So I left without the deli meat I needed. There used to be a bell to ring but there wasn’t one anywhere. Super annoying.

This Walmart location is often out of stock of many items. It is rather frustrating. I generally will visit Macey's instead because they have the things you are looking for.

This Walmart is great other than the parking. The store is never that busy but it’s always so hard to find a parking spot and I couldn’t figure out why until I kept seeing employees sitting in their cars on break at the very front of the store. It seems all the employees take the front parking spots leaving customers to have to park way in the back. Employees should always be the ones parking in the back.

They gave away my grocery order to someone else, before I got there. Then the manager hung up on the customer service rep who called them on my behalf. Wooowww

I'm peved everything is moving around in the store due to renovations (I'm not peeved about the renovations themselves) and signs have not been updated as to where things are. I don't like having to wander around the store to shop for groceries and other things, makes for an inefficient trip and I don't enjoy wasting time.

Thank heaven for a Walmart on the way to nowhere. It had everything we needed. Grandma always said to go prepared. Maybe that is why it is a stones throw from her grave in Ephraim UT.

We did Walmart pickup, we arrived and there was a line to get to the parking spots. One worker brings out someone’s groceries every 30 minutes. There is around 4 employees coming out every now and then but never with groceries. There is scheduled times for a reason. We sat there waiting 2 hours for our groceries. People who arrived after us got their groceries before us even though we had been checked in for two hours. Again, Walmart does scheduled pick up time for a reason so why do I come for my pick up time and not have a parking spot or my groceries
