Tim Dahle was amazing. Ben was friendly and hospitable from the beginning to the end of our search for a new car and helped us find an excellent deal. And when the main car we wanted to look at was still being prepped in the shop, Bryson went out of his way to bring it to our house the next day for a test drive. All the reps showed very genuine care while assisting us. Even in the dealership, everybody was so kind, and there were always snacks and drinks on hand. They were respectful to our needs, treated us so well, and gave us an exceptional deal on our new family car. 10/10 recommend to anyone looking for a friendly dealership with awesome service.

I recently purchased a Bronco Sport from Tim Dahle Ford, my first new vehicle in 18 years. Brock, my sales associate, was excellent to work with. He was very accommodating to my preferences and handled my situation with care. He represented the dealership well, and I appreciated his professionalism.
When I reviewed the sales contract prior to receiving the vehicle, everything was in order and exactly as discussed, which provided me with peace of mind. The finance officer also presented all options clearly without pushing unnecessary add-ons. Every offer seemed genuinely aimed at protecting my purchase rather than being gimmicky.

This is the second truck we have bought from Nelson Page, I found a truck that I really liked for sale right by my house and since he was so honest and helpful the first truck we bought through him I thought I should see what he could find,

I’d give them no stars if I could. This place is the worst and has gone downhill since Ronnie’s passing. Probably should teach your service advisors to not do drugs at work or at least learn to hide it better!!!

The Dealer Service Department determine that on a 2023 F350, both shocks were making noise, had to order the shocks in. when the F350 was brought in for the replacement under warranty and order parts, Qty:2 as needed. The tech then determined that only 1 shock was noisy once the parts came in. Now I have a worn shock on one side and a new shock on the other. It’s up to my pocketbook to fix this now created unbalance shock condition on the F350. Called Ford Customer Service and Ford sided with the Dealer Service Department. My pocketbook has to correct the unbalance shock situation!.

Thank you Mike Hales at Tim Dahle Ford in Spanish Fork ! Hands down best experience buying a car ever! He made it so easy, so comfortable . He asked what I was looking for in a new car listened and truly delivered! I told him my budget and must haves and he found me a great car that fit all my needs well withing my price range! I didn't have to haggle with him, or second guess my decision! I lived how he made himself available on my schedule and advocated for me to his team what my max payment I was willing to pay was and he made sure it was within that range! The extended warranty was added and still kept me under budget! In just a couple of hours on a Saturday morning I walked in and left with my new car and I've been in love with it!
