Make sure you tell them the exact type of glass you need, especially if you need OEM Glass. Still, they where really good about fixing the problem at no extra cost to me. Good job guys!

Amazing work. I had a rock chip the size of a quarter that had delaminated the interior film even. Emily was able to seal it all up to the point it nearly disappeared. Saved me a bundle by avoiding an expensive windshield replacement. Well done!

Put in all my information for a new windshield replacement. Quote was $450. It stated that there may be an adjustment on the fee for recalibration. I scheduled.
My wife dropped off the vehicle and told me later that the front office said it would be over $1,000. I tried to call. Of course you can't talk to someone in the office so I had to talk to an 'agent'.
They explained that the calibration was the remainder of the cost. I'm very frustrated by the lack of transparency. It would be very simple to put some sort of a disclaimer that the recalibration could be more than the cost of the windshield. 5 minutes to have someone add that. But of course that would turn some people away. They got my business this time but I'll be wiser next time.

It took 3 appointments to get my windshield done right, 3 times I had to stay home either from work or from other things to have them fix it !!!!
1st time I noticed the headliner wasn't tucked up in like it should be so I called, they came out and claimed he didn't see anything so I showed him the pictures and he claimed it was because that wasn't a factory OE windshield.
2nd time - got in the factory OE windshield and still could get the headliner tucked in right and this time they got glue all over putting in the windshield, they did own up to it at least
3rd visit - started badly with snarky comments from the people doing it. Luckily it got done and looks ok now but 3 freaking times!!!!

Had to go back to have multiple cables and tubes reconnected, overhead light and washer fluid. Car smelled badly of dirty cigarettes for days, REQUEST A TECH THAT DOESN'T SMOKE, the boomer smoker is also the one that neglected the cables. Safelite itself is fine as a company. It's probably your only real option.
