This Spanish Fork T Mobile has the best Customer Service ever. I've been with TM for 18 yrs. Jordan Bondoc the rep. He was very kind, patient and really knew what he was doing. Everyone that walked in the door was politely greeted and helped. You don't get that kind of customer service everywhere.I've gotten my last 2 phones there and this is why I came back.Great job I really do appreciate it.

Everytime I go in this store they mess something up on my bill. All I needed was a Jump upgrade, but somehow in that process we got taken off auto pay, had 2 $300 payments placed on our account and the store didn't return the phone like they are supposed to do. I always have to call customer care while in the store and then again a few days later to fix whatever they messed up again. I wished they had closed this location because clearly the staff doesn't care about the customer.

Stood in the store for 30 minutes to pay my phone bill and while the employees went in the back to smoke vapes and touch one another. Left me holding a child in my arm the whole time

I'm trying to focus this review in just this store location and not the phone company as a whole. The store functions about like I would expect most phone stores to function. Limited options on display. Less staff than is probably needed. Employees are helpful if not a little robotic. Wait times are often long. Usually get my issues addressed, but it feels like a bare minimum. It's like the DMV. It's not good. It's not great. It's okay and it's functional.

Cole was such a huge help with getting my new plan set up. There were issues with the e-SIM card and he was able to get things fixed. He was very kind, patient, and knowledgeable. Thanks Cole, for your amazing customer service!

Every time I go in there is a long line that never moves. I always end up just leaving because I'm not even greeted when I come in or while I wait. They at least need some waiting chairs so you don't have to stand the whole time you wait. An estimate of how long you'll be waiting and a greeting would be nice to as well.I also ordered a screen protector to be sent to my house (because they didn't have it in stock), and it never arrived.

Jordan Bondoc was so helpful! He was fast efficient and so pleasant. We were in and out so quickly and he made the switch from Verizon to T-Mobile so easy! Highly recommend(a month later we had to go back because we couldn’t figure out the rebates.) I have a business account with T-Mobile, but after spending more than 2.5 hours in the store they couldn’t figure out how to get another internet line added to the account.To try and simplify the process we allowed them to create a new account to which I would just bring into my business account after. They created a new account and then promptly locked themselves out of the account. I asked for a manager several times with no response and their encouragement is for me just not to buy from the store.I HIGHLY encourage you to avoid this store and just order online or over the phone. The level of customer service and training is severely lacking.If the store manager does see this, I would love to speak to you. Not sure what has happened to this site since the remodel, but it’s gone from my favorite T-Mobile store to mostly an example of exactly why all of our new lines are headed to Verizon.UPDATE: Unlike the rep said, we were creating a new account to add more lines which was credit approved, but the rep got himself locked out of the account. The manager who was going to call me that day or Monday never reached out. I have shown update to the store to see if they can figure out to establish an account and will let the phone people do the actual work.

In 1998 I got a phone with Voice Stream. It changed to T Mobile. Loved the service for years but eventually it went down hill. T Mobile made things horrible one day and didn't care when I expressed my frustrations! Changed to Sprint and vowed to never go back but now I am forced to have T Mobile again?
