They've got a great selection of flooring. Jennifer, Annie, and Lionel are willing and ready to help you find the perfect flooring. Then it's up to the installers. I've purchased flooring from them and installed for them. Go check them out. A bit hard to find, but will be worth the search.

Avoid at all costs!!! We chose them to install flooring in our office and basement. The carpet was done well but the laminate flooring from the initial install had issues. We brought up that the flooring was bowing at the time of install and were assured repeatedly by the installer that we would not have any issues and it should not be a problem.Nine months later it was a very big problem. The flooring is chipping where I stand at my desk and without wearing shoes I risk having the degraded laminate cut my feet. We reached out in September and were told to send an email with pictures. We never had a response and had to call the office again after three weeks to have them even look at the email. They sent someone out to look at it. He did only that and said he would be in contact. Again, we heard nothing and called to check up. Every single time we had contact with Shepards it was initiated by us even though we were told every time that THEY would be in contact. They sent different people out THREE times to look at our floor and that’s all they ever did.Today after waiting over a month again to hear from them, they informed us they would provide replacement planks of flooring but would not provide the install because the contractor we hired to finish our basement caulked around our floorboards. Nothing we asked to have done and weren’t aware shouldn’t be done. We are not contractors, hence why we paid one. When expressing our frustration with this answer and the fact that no one called to bother to tell us this, the woman on the phone (Jennifer) was extremely rude with an attitude of “don’t know, don’t care.” We called back and asked for a manager and got Lionel who had the exact same attitude and rudeness that Jennifer had. They only want to cast blame on the contractor (which we have tried to contact him as well and can’t get a response.)When we pointed out again that this was an issue we brought up to the installer at time of installation, they claim, “We don’t have that anywhere in our notes.” Of course you don’t because if you did you’d have to assume responsibility and clearly they are not at all willing to do that or help us out. Unbelievably frustrating and disappointing.

Best place for flooring hands down. Did a lot of shopping around and they have the best products and price. It ended up being about half what others in the area bid us with a significantly higher quality floor.

Went here to get materials for an RV remodel. They were helpful and very pleasant to talk to. I purchased remnant carpet and a discount below their already discounted price and also purchased lvp flooring and their installer gave me tips on the install. Ill be coming back here for my flooring needs in the future!

BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!! Just had a large area rug and smaller area rug bound and delivered by Shepherd's. I can't believe how quickly they bound them and delivered them to me. 4 business days! They are fast, efficient, and friendly. I really appreciate their willingness to work with me on what I needed. The carpets look beautiful. I'm so happy I called them!

I haven't worked with shepherds because the one time I went in to to get a bid on a fairly large job they told me they couldn't help me out with school projects. I told them that I was looking for a real project that needed to get done, and she brushed me off and told me to look at samples if I really needed to but they only work on REAL jobs nothing for school. Very frustrating to not be taken seriously when I needed help with an actual project.

Creg did an EXCELLENT job helping me find the right color for my custom rug! He was able to make it the exact size I needed and he did it very fast and efficient!! Shepherds have great prices and I felt very confident with my order!! ??

I have had Shepherds install carpet and lvp on different occasions. Both experiences were good and seemed reasonably priced when I had other estimates. The installer for the lvp (Matt) was phenomenal! He was very particular about the details and making sure the job was done well.

Started off with a good experience with Shepherds, but by the time installation came, it turned pretty sour. The tile guy, Trenton(?) was awesome, but the carpet folks they sent took many shortcuts and left an atrocious mess. They also ripped out all of our baseboard because they "misunderstood" us when we told them not to. In addition, they didn't level out our living room adequately, which Shepherd's tile guy agreed. In our formal room, they did not finish the carpet transition properly, and the carpet began lifting a few hours after they left. Their carpet installer refused to acknowledge any issues. Shepherds then sent Trenton back, who is their tile guy, to fix the carpet issue. He mentioned that the way in which the carpet guys over-stretched the carpet would be an issue within the year, and he was right. We are now experiencing lifting of the carpet at the edge and it is beginning to destroy the carpet. It has been only a year.We will be seeking out options to remedy this experience.

Everyone at Shepherds were very friendly and made carpet buying easy. They had many styles and colors to choose from. They also were less expensive then a big store that we had already purchased carpet from so we canceled that order and went with Shepherds. The installer was great and did a great job. We will definitely spread the word on how wonderful they are and will go there for all our flooring needs.

I have been shopping around for carpet and Shepherd's had the best prices for comparable carpets. I also am shopping for LVP. They also have had the best prices around for these products I really like the way they do their show room for the products they keep in stock. Samples are already cut and ready for you to carry, feel, and take with you. And the guy we talked with was no pressure at all, if any thing he was too quick to let us look ourselves I am still selecting my color but I am scheduled for measurements and plan to schedule install very soon. My only negative comment is I wish I could get the measurements done sooner and thus install done sooner, but the wait is not at all unreasonable. It would be nice if they had more info about the carpets they have samples of for those who are interested in the specs. I will update once I buy and have carpet installation done.

A single mother and 3 children had a fire in their home they were renting. They lost most everything in that moment, so we offered our home for them to rent,it need new carpets! So I went to Shepards and told them what was going on,they told me if I would pick a carpet in stock,they would make sure that the home would be ready in my week time frame, they came through with flying colors! This made it possible to keep this family form being homeless, Thank you Shepard's Carpet for taking care of all of us in such short notice, your team are truly Rock Stars ? I will always go to the winning team at Shepard's!
